Delivery driver does not know how to read address, package delivered to wrong address and was stolen. Don't bother calling customer service its a automated machine never leads to solutions, not providing personal info but my apartment is B and the invoice says Apt B but the picture says Apt C

I had medicine shipped to me from the veterans administration pharmacy I got a note on my door on the 12th I called and they said they had made four attempts I went out to pick it up it took forever to find it forever to get in and my box was laying right there and they said four attempts they had not made for attempts the lady admitted that to me if you have a package I need delivered within a few days don't use FedEx

Whoever drives my route refuses to deliver packages and changes the shipping to me going and picking them up from a location without permission.if you want to receive your delivery dont count on fedex customer service is just as bad as there drivers cant get anything straightened out on the phone.Bottom line if you want what you are having shipped delivered and on time use ups or another real shipping company.

I arrived at 17:30 knowing their scheduled closing time for receiving packages was 18:00. However, one team-member who was leaving for the day stopped to assist me. She turned around and went back in from the parking lot. She then came back out and explained their security gate wasn't working properly and no one was at the counter. So she took my package, gave me her name and said she'd take care of it. Fedex should be proud of team members who make the extra effort - like Jill! Thanks again!

Absolutely terrible. I have not had great experiences with Fedex. Multiple mixed up packages with me and my neighbor. Leaving a large package in the wet snow instead of under the porch. And today an empty package that took a very strange track. Looks like a worker grabbed my stuff out of the box and taped it shut again. Just all very suspicious.

Drivers picked up wrong package. Meaning they either did not scan the packages or just can’t read.
