Terrible service. Paid for overnight, driver failed to deliver to any of the entrances of my company and then decided not to deliver. Now I’m waiting in a parking lot two hours after getting off hoping driver will show again. If not they are going to make be drive an hour to retrieve my packages I paid top dollar to get yesterday morning. Should have shipped ground at this point.

Went here for an important overnight delivery. Knoeing I have a bit of a lisp, I showed the address on my phone to the service assistant for my recipient to make sure the address was correct. It seems even doing this still was not good enough to avoid problems. The zip code was entered incorrectly and it took 4 days for the recipient to get my package. I might have went lower start rating but at least they realized the mistake and corrected it and delivered vs losing the package which was my worst fear.

Great service once I found which building to go to at The Dayton Airport. They need to have better markings so you can find it easier.

I paid $36 for next day shipping on my item and a signature would be required. FedEx had it listed as it was going to be delivered before 12 noon the next day, so I made sure someone would be home to sign for it. FedEx missed their promised delivery time, and the person I had waiting had to leave for work. FedEx then tried to deliver it OVER FOUR HOURS LATER than their original delivery time, when no one was home. The next day, they tried to deliver it in the morning when when no one was home. I called and tried to reschedule the delivery for AFTER 2PM that day as I would be home in the afternoon. Whoever rescheduled it failed miserably and set it up for BEFORE 2PM, when no one was home yet. I then got home, called again, and was told that ‘even though they screwed up, they still wouldn’t try to deliver it’ and I would now have to pick up my item after 8PM if I wanted it today.
I will now have to drive an HOUR AND A HALF round trip to PICK UP a package that I paid $36 for next day DELIVERY, 2 days after it was supposed to be delivered, because of FedEx and their incompetence.
Don’t use FedEx, they won’t listen to simple requests and will screw up your shipping.

FedEx is the most incompetent shipping company on the planet. They REGULARLY deliver my packages to the wrong place and deny any and all claims on missing packages because "they have a picture".
They have failed to deliver many packages. They repeatedly have attempted direct delivery instead of to the mail room at places that require mail room delivery, causing failures. Calling support is completely useless, the most useless actually. Tracking has teleported my package across the country. Packages are regularly late, it's actually a miracle when they aren't.
Meanwhile, I literally never have issues with UPS and rarely with USPS. I will never forgive delivering my $1,600 package to apartment 73 instead of 116.

This fedex hub is the absolute worst. Packages always late and today the driver thought it would be a great idea to back up and turnaround in my front yard and destroy my property instead of just using the driveway to turn around. Stuck in my front yard for 2 hours while waiting for them to send someone for help. Yet still couldn’t leave my package.

Delivery service is great but the broken English in talking to the call center in trying to communicate with them is horrible.

FedEx is awful every time. They're always late and I see them on my camera just tossing my packages. Just trash. This particular time, I'm leaving a review because I paid a premium for 2 day shipping and they get to decide that "maybe the day after". What did I pay for? I think I'll boycott any company that ships with FedEx

Absolutely trash, all I need is some simple shipping instructions and your attached number can't understand that (real great ai) and keeps hanging up on me now I have to drive an hour just to try and talk to someone how ridiculous.

Fed Ex sucks so bad they don't even deserve the one star I had to select in order to write this. Again today, they say my item is out for delivery and 30 minutes before the end of my estimated delivery window, there is an operational delay and my package won't be delivered for another two days. These contractors are some of the laziest idiots I've ever seen and I cringe anytime I see that my order will be shipped via Fed Ex.

Went to pick up package that was supposed to be delivered and found different hours posted on the outside door. Very unsatisfied. FYI, location closes at 2 pm on Saturday, not 3.

Completely worthless. A shipment was flagged. When I called and gave them the shipment number, the woman said it could not be delivered to a post office box. I told her I would give the street address, and she said that the shipper would need to contact them. I told her that if they could not deliver to a p.o. box, then they should not have accepted the shipment and should refund the money. What a worthless service.
