The actual FedEx Drop is located at the back section of Miami Valley North on Main St. In the employees parking lot.
It is not placed in a very open area and really needs to have a sign or banner that will make it easier to find .

Definitely the worst delivery service out there. I don’t know how they stay in business. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a package when they say it will deliver. Lost or days late are the norm. UPS blows these guys away.

My shipment was delivered next door. Both houses have the house numbers above the garage in numerals that can be read from the street, let alone while walking up the drive. The driver just didn't bother to check.

No way to contact them. Online their hours are different than their actual hours. Just poor service all around. We have waited months for a package for us to drive 35 minutes for them not to be open.

Absolutely horrible service!, I have been waiting 3 days for a package that I have to sign for to be delivered, that I have been told it is out for delivery for 3 days but never gets delivered

Paid for shipping and protection.
Been delayed twice and sat in fedex hub very near my town from 2 :17 am.Passed my delivery date. Absolutely unacceptable!!!

I don't know I have ever received a package on the day that it says it's out for delivery for said day from this location. Twice, Taylor delivered packages to the wrong address. Thankfully both times the packages got to their actual destination no thanks to FedEx. Taylor also put a box with a very visible hole in the front in mud leaving against the garage. Good thing I saw the delivery picture before I opened the garage door since apparently it's now acceptable to leave a busted package. I absolutely would have refused the package had I seen the damage to the box. Now I'm fighting with the company I bought the purchase the from to send me another replacement. No one holds anyone accountable anymore.

Talked to customer service and was told they were opened until 3 PM on Saturday which is what Google says as well, we got there around 2:05 PM and they’re closed were closed, there were workers out side but we’re still told that we couldn’t get our package. Fix your hours.

Worst FedEx sort center. I waited all day for my package to arrive. Get an email update at 5am saying package is delayed. Then at 7am package is on the truck and will arrive from 8am to noon today. Then at 11am get another email, package will arrive by 1:15pm to 3:15pm. Then at 3pm another email that says package will arrive by 8pm today. 8pm come and goes get a new email package arriving by End Of Day today. End of day is 8pm for FedEx home delivery drivers. I contacted support each time and was promised. Then just contacted support again and they call the hub. Wait 10 minutes on hold to be told the driver returned and didn't finish his route. My neighbor got her packages. My pack is important to me and I need it by tomorrow evening. I never had any issues with any of the Columbus hubs when I lived there. Can y'all get your shit together.

I was supposed to have a very important package delivered by 8:00 pm Tuesday the 15th. It never arrived. I was told I would get it on the 16th by 1:40 pm. It never arrived. Next on the 16thby 8:00 pm. It still did not arrive. Now the new date is the 17th by 8:00 pm. I will visit FedEx myself tomorrow morning.😖
