Do not come early two hours before your appointment and don’t late two hours from your appointment ,you have reschedule. 5 to 6 pm they have a break time.

Come to the receiving to check in at 1630
They told me your appointment is 1830 so second shift will unload you check in back 1800 so I checked again 1800
Got door right away and i was empty 1850

Horrible place to work cheated me out money because I have a shoulder issue and left because I was forced to work the docks I would never work for another chewy ever in life but I’m at a great job now so I’m blessed started a little after leaving this horrible job I would never buy anything from here they disrespect boxes in the docks i wish I could give a negative star it would really be -5 stars

This place is why there should be a zero star button! Been trucking for 15 years and this is by far the slowest place in the country. If you enjoy HOS violations then you’ll love this place! Got sent here at least 15 times, I was always a little early and never once got unloaded in less than 6 hrs even when I’m the only truck there.

I came 30 minutes late but they took it and takes about 1hr 40 minutes for unloading which is not bad unless morning shift front desk lady can be little bit friendly.

No overnight parking. Pilot closed 3 miles away. This is Ohio you can find parking close by. Appointment 8:30 AM. Checked in 7:50 got a door right away. Disconnect tractor and parked in designated parking for bobtail. WAITING for call !!! LIVE driver can come two hours early.

This is literally the worse DC I have ever delivered to in my driving career. Every time you go, you can count on 3-6 hour wait to get unloaded. Staff has horrible attitudes, and expect you to stay in the lot even if it takes them 6 hours. I will never deliver there again.

This Place is horrible you can tell management isn’t great at all when you go check in and see the workforce I mean seriously there’s no sense of urgency just people acting like there working. And that is why you’re going to run out your 14hr drivers . This is easily the slowest warehouse in Ohio possibly in the whole country . All those workers in there and nothing gets done. Huge multibillion dollar company…wow never underestimate idiots in large groups!
