I went to apply it's all open to the outside so dealing with all the elements not such a big deal but and the interviewers seemed like they didn't want to do any digging into your app so they drill you for perfection on your app even concerned with start dates drug test dates from previous employers as of everyone knows all there exact dates from ten years ago I mean if you work the same place might be ok but not everyone does

I went here to apply for a position driving forklift, and during the interview process was consistently reminded how important it was to have reliable people coming to work and working. To me, this meant that they were looking for consistent people to begin immediately.Well, almost three weeks have gone by with me "checking in" twice a week and never receiving a call back, as well as dropping by whenever in the area at prescribed interview times to check the status of my application and never getting any communication other than being assured someone will "be in touch".I'd say look elsewhere for reliable work, because it doesn't seem like people matter at this job.

Came here for an interview on jul 25 and arrived 10 minutes early, couldn't find where to go for the interview in the lot, so I called and was placed on hold and then was told it's my fault for not knowing where to go without instructions and that I'm stupid & that I should try again another time. Even though it was 10:04 and was placed on hold and for 10 minutes prior to speaking to Mike. Place is super rude and it's no wonder they have high turn over rates and terrible reviews. I would stear clear of working here, doesn't feel like a good environment, especially when they don't have any consideration for your time.

I don't think I got the job. But it seems like a great place to work. If you get the opportunity, take it and be sure to show up for work. That's important.

Not their fault. Hiring manager, didn't really read my application thoroughly IS what it is. Looks like a good company for sure

Waited over a month after my physical examine to get feed back. Made it sound like he was gonna hire me fast. Complete huge waste of time. A couple of guys died on the floor from heat strokes and diabetes. If you like high pay and high injury plus death. This is the job for you

Friendly easy to talk to people willing to answer all your questions they really make you feel at home now as far as working with or for them goes I can speak on that subject because I don't have a job with them at the moment but yeah I'd say it's not un pleasant at all just kinda old now if your applying with them and you try to call to check up on your application status getting someone to pick up or call you back is a frustrating situation so good luck to say the least because it seems like nobody wants to do so but when you do finally get someone to talk to you they do answer your questions but they can't give you many answers on reasons why nobody would call back or why your application was not selected plus if your in the bus trying to get there you can get dropped off close but you will have to walk pretty far the rest of the way

Been here a little while. It's honestly such an easy job. You fuel your truck, hook up to your trailer, half the time you have to go to the shop with your trailer because the trailers were made about the time Terminator 2 came out in the 90s but HEY, there has to be a trade off, right? I mean we get paid a LOT. 100k for 10 hour days. Honestly, the trailers aren't that bad. Some are but most aren't.You don't drive to a warehouse and get unloaded for hours. You literally just drive to a meet point, meet another driver from a different state, swap trailers and drive back. Most of the people complaining don't know what they're talking about and didn't even work here that long. Go to Craigslist jobs and the transport section. You can go make $20 hour at rush trucking or $250 a day somewhere for 14 hours. Or you can do something so easy and simple for $360-$400 plus.As far as management, our terminal manager Mike is a straight G. I think he's absolutely fair and will stop doing something to help you. It doesn't matter how busy he is, he will have your back. Dude honestly has so much enthusiasm, I feel like he should be in a WW2 movie leading people to battle or something. The best boss I've ever had at any job. If you had or have problems with him, no offense, but you were or are most likely the problem.Beyond that... Angela is super awesome and funny. Wolf is amazing especially when he slams his hands on his desk which hasn't happened in awhile ?, Megan is great and entertaining and Fred sucks, you will understand once you meet him. Jeremy is real cool though and so is Blake!Oh and Nathaniel who wrote a review and said you're number one in singority, it's spelled seniority, bro.Edit- 4/13/22 Just wanted to give Shawn, not Shane but Shawn (but call him Shane if you come to work here) a shout out as well. He's a master key giver, assistant terminal manager and professional beggar of food but he is ok too.

Very nice employees but terrible signage for navigating if you don't work for them.

drivers always pull out in front of me coming out of the lot, i have to slam on my breaks because the drivers constantly pull out without looking/caring. half the time absolutely no one is behind me and they could pull out safely after a few seconds. very unsafe.

By far the most dangerous. Of all the places we've worked for We havenever heard terminal manager here talk to employees the way he does behind closed doors. Intimidation, threats, frivolous write ups, osha violations epa violations, dock workers flyin out dock doors o, preventable injuries etc... dont do it
