The service team at BTF broke my hood latch sensor during a recent visit for an oil change. The manager (Angel Collins)is a LIAR, and treats customers very poorly. I’ve bought several vehicles from BTF, and get all my cars oil changes there. Not anymore, I am DONE. Angel Collins caused BTF to lose me as a customer over a $15 part. It’s not about the cost of the part, it’s about taking accountability for your mistakes. I also emailed the GM of BTF, and still yet to get a reply. Seems like most of the employees at BTF lack customer service skills, and professionalism.

Love this place. I have bought several vehicles from them. The employees there are very friendly and honest. I absolutely appreciate the staff and their loyalty. When commission sales representatives are at a place for years, that speaks volumes about the administration and how their employees are treated. I would like to especially recognize Steve Hefferon! My parents have purchased a truck from him. STEVE HEFFERON is a very conscientious of each customers needs. He takes his time to make sure that every customer understand how to operate the vehicle and feels comfortable. I was very impressed with how much time he spent with my parents as they are in their mid-70's (not as tech savvy as the younger generation). Also Mike Schmidt in financing went out of his way to explain all the paperwork, etc. When I drove away, I felt confident in knowing that Beau Townsend Ford gave me and will continue to give me top notch service. Thank you Steve for your devotion to my family and continuing to keep us very happy knowing we came to the best of the best!

It took less than an hour for my oil change which I really appreciated that because I had another appointment to keep. Every employee I had contact with was very friendly and was very helpful and knowledgeable. I've dealt with Beau Townsend Ford for the past 35-40 years for all my autos and I don't expect to change.
