Refused to help my sister in law change the battery in her car after purchase. Guy inside said he was the only one at register, but when I walked in there were two people on register and at least 3 more on the sales floor. NO ONE was willing to do their job! We had to drive an hour overall and interrupt our day to come help her.

A bolt came out of the bran new caliber that O’Reilly sold us and we were broke down with my daughter and came to AutoZone where they were so helpful and gave us a back up bowl for no charge and one of the employees pulled his truck over next to ours and gave us free rain access to his jack and his tools to fix it so we could get back up on the road and running, these guys are awesome they helped us out big time thank you so much guys

Made myself head down to my local AutoZone for two things: new brighter headlights (halogens), and to get my battery tested. The associate who helped me was professional, and kind. I sadly cannot recall his name. Surprisingly, my 12V battery passed. Near perfect health.

Every time I come into AutoZone in Vandalia, these people are amazing. They always go above and beyond. Today, Barbara and Tracy put all their grease elbow into getting these screws off my license plates.???

The older gentleman by the name of Frank helped me this evening was very efficient and quick about getting me taken care of. He was also helpful to the customer before me. It was a pleasure experiencing good customer service.
