my insurance scheduled a tow for me after being involved in an accident. they never showed up had to drive the car off the street and park it. I drove by the next morning and they still had not towed it. they said they had tried calling me. the one and only time they called I called right back within a minute. terrible customer service terrible attitude. the contract they have with the insurance companies must be the only way they can stay open. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN AVOID IT

Gave 2 hour window but said it would probably be less….so I called to check the status, after the 2 hour window passed he started hanging up on me when he saw my number. This company answered the request to tow a broken down C6 corvette via Cincinnati Insurance Co. The driver arrived much faster than the anticipated time given initially. His name is Darryl (spelling?). He knew exactly what to do to get the vette with a broken shifter cable off of the driveway apron and onto the flatbed, properly. The tow location had to be changed after the tow was requested and he also took care of that easily. More easily than the Insurance company could because they were no help. I would recommend this driver and I would use this company if I could have this driver.Service: Special vehicle towing

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM!!! If I could leave negative stars I would. State Farm sent them to pick up our vehicle, it wasn’t our choice. Almost two months ago our truck was hauled to Jerry’s shop. We broke down and was going to have it hauled to a local shop near our house. The driver that night talked us into having to towed to their shop. The next day we spoke with Jerry (the owner) and he told us if we brought him the 4K asap he would get the truck fixed by Tuesday with the engine being replaced. That would have been about a 4 day turn around. Took the money and got the motor. Truck was given back to me about 3 weeks later and was smoking and running just as bad. They picked it up again. And now to say it’s been 55 days and no truck. Contacted my lawyer today. I hope I can help someone out with the review. This is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Terrible!

This is the worst company ever. They had us wait an entire day to get our van towed for one tire. No communication skills. And the lady who answers a phone has no customer service she wants to argue with a customer. Like as if she took the call. This company won't be in business long and if they do they'll have to start towing cars for $10 cuz that's all who would want to use them. Start using AAA their professional and their customer service is great. I called them no problems here when they said they was going to be here very professional and in a timely manner. And if you have a problem they fixed the problem. And if you go with this! company you've been warnedService: Car towing

An absolute dumpster fire of a company, Every time I call nationwide for roadside assistance they somehow manage to drum-up these clowns, I've requested to have them taken off the nationwide service roster multiple times and maybe one day they'll do it. Every time they were called they were a no show for vehicle pick up, every time I called to speak to someone they just didn't pick up, it's one thing to communicate that you aren't coming, because I would have made other arrangements, but not showing up at all? Save your time if you need a vehicle picked up and look else where. I get tow truck companies are busy this time of year, but come on, I wouldn't let them tow a kiddie car let alone my daily.Service: Car towing

Were they “late”? Yes, but they are also swamped. The driver and even their Dispatch let me know they would be later than expected. When you need a tow, it is worth waiting for the team that does it right. I was very pleased with their honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail. 01/27/22: VERY DISSATISFIED !0833 request a tow advised arrival in 1:30 minutes.10:30a called was advised need another 30mins waited still no tow truck.Gave the until 11:46am when called again they said they need another 13mins.It’s now been 3 hours 42mind later still no TOW TRUCK.During entire not once did American Towing called or text me with concern of safety nor to update me.Horrible service,if I could rate lower than 1 star I would.Service: Special vehicle towing

If State Farm Roadside Assistance assigns this company to you call them back and get a different company. Numerous phone calls of them saying their ETA is 25 minutes and 2.5 hours later still a no show. Their calls suddenly went straight to voicemail. We had to have State Farm cancel their dispatch and Hammerhead was there in 10 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous.Service: Car towing

They were very unprofessional. They took my car to the wrong auto repair service. Also did not know where my car was for 3 hours hours. My car was reported arrived 3 hours prior to it actually arriving to the (wrong) location. I asked them to fix their mistake and take it to the correct location. They then refused. While they proceeded to yell and cuss me out. HIGHLY do not recommend this towing agency. Progressive should not be partners with this horrible company.Service: Car towing

Darrell the driver was very knowledgeable, skilled & confident with removing my Audi out the garage. He was the second driver out to my residence, with the first being a different company, while also lacking skill & confidence to remove vehicle. The listed company did have a little issue with response time, but things happen with other calls, plus there’s no issue with waiting for the best service!Service: Special vehicle towing

I was assigned this company through my insurance. When they did not show up (4 hours later) I called my insurance and they assigned another company. I called them back and he said the driver was close and should have called... which he had not. then he said they were cancelled and it wasn't their issue anymore and hung up on me. Not reliable at all and rude.

They did body work that was to be done in 1-2 wks. Took 2 months and quality was -5 on scale of 1 -10. They literally used zip ties to hold major parts on my young adult child's vehicle. Tried to call to discuss but calls were ignored and not returned. Definitely had no intentions of taking back there! Perhaps this review will let them know how we truly think of them. Small businesses have a hard enough time as it is and business practices like this dont help the stigma. They are true definition of a shady business. DO NOT used this company unless you are a gluten for punishment!

My mother had her car towed here over a month ago. She was told that she needed a new motor. Well here it is over a month later and she still haven't gotten her van and her money back. By the way did I mention that the bill was overpaid, so the company is paid in full and owes her money back. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone else
