Very unprofessional hiring process. I was told I would hear back in 3 weeks for an update and never received the call. Called them roughly a month after to see what happened and they filled the position.

Wells Fargo is a thing of the past. Flagstar provides a comfort zone for your cash whether it be investments, savings, checking, etc. From the time you enter the building to the time you leave, every person has an impact. I have been using Chime, Cashapp, and other online banking for years until I found Flagstar. I'm so glad I have the crew there to take care of my money. Now, I have a financial base with other online options. It is a no brainer to have accounts here. Thanks for all of the personalized attention and planning for my future!

Worst bank ever, called to close my account was told they would send what I had left in there, and then learned they reported to the credit bureau that I owed them 180 dollars. One for 10 which was the monthly service charged since no money in it made it overdraft then they did it again. So they close the account out in July. Worst customer service I've ever received

The name and address of this bank is being used on a scam letter for Publishers Clearing House 3rd prize winner notification of winning $2.5M, with a check for$5.800.50 to cover attorney's fees and insurance. In addition, OptumRx is listed on the check located at an address in Farmers Branch, Tx. 75234, for what purpose, I can't understand unless as an assuriter of the check. Just a heads up that the name of your bank is now on a scam mailer for PCH...just one of many PCH scams.

Excellent staff! This is the only active Wells Fargo in Ohio, and as such, the only branch close to Michigan. I drove down from Michigan to put my financial affairs in order, and close my account. The warmth in their behavior, the concern in their tone, care and promptness in their actions, from the moment you step-in to the moment you walk out, is an epitome of what we happen to call or just know as “excellent customer satisfaction “.The tellers that I interacted with (Lindsey and Mayleen) were more than helpful, really cool, and extremely efficient. They even filled me in on some additional information that proved to be really useful. Rebecca is a really sweet person as well, and went out of her way to help me out. Trisha (sorry if I got the name wrong) who supervised the tellers during my visit there, is super-sweet as well, and made sure that there were no hiccups along the way. I usually don’t write such lengthy reviews, but this one incident has resounded with me, and I believe that the staff here deserves every bit of credit for raising the bar so high and for their unfazed dedication to customer satisfaction.

Take your banking needs out of town. This previous Wells Fargo location was bought by Flagstar. The staff seem friendly enough but are in reality not helpful. They will only refer you to call customer service. They are fully aware of all their local customers that were effected involuntarily by the Wells Fargo buy out. They act like robots and have no sympathy for those customers, which makes up their majority. This behavior indicates poor management of customers at a local and corporate level. Not worth it, in this day and age where online banking is king. Take your banking business out of town or to a reputable larger institution that at least pretends to care about customer care.

This bank is not worth the time or money. Charging me for something I did not get in the mail. Then I told the lady I would like to close the account. She said good there is only X amount of dollars in the account. I told her that this was a very rude comment. So DO NOT BANK WITH ANY VIRGINIA NATIONAL BANK. So I have found UVA Credit Union to be a better bank and more caring with my money.
