As a bank I brought change to be deposited, but they didn't have a change machine so instead of them helping me as a bank they just gave me empty coins. Rolls. The bank was even slow also. Not one customer since I been here.

Trying to charge me insurance on my camper loan still after farm bureau has sent numerous proofs of insurance to their fax number we were given Trying g to resolve it by phone I am getting absolutely nowhere

Very unprofessional hiring process. I was told I would hear back in 3 weeks for an update and never received the call. Called them roughly a month after to see what happened and they filled the position.
