I had to change the lock cylinder and get new keys made on a holiday. Called my usual locksmith store but they were closed. Found on Google and the good ratings caught me. I called, said they will do the job and he can come to my place. He was very efficient and knows his stuff really well.

I really appreciate the work Talon Security LLC ,did! They have very good phone services and very customer-oriented employees,I would be more than happy to hire them again when we will need any of their locksmith services in the future!

We have been hiring Talon Security LLC .. for a locksmith case.. They are very trustworthy and always deliver such quality work.. I certainly would not hire any other companies to do locksmith services!!

Wish I could give zero stars. I worked in this facility for 9 months. I was the longest vet tech employed in 5 years he owned the practice back in 2015. Very high turn over rate which I imagine is still the same. Dr Trapp has little patience and presumably a personality disorder. He micromanages and barks orders while showing absolutely no respect. I have witnessed this behavior towards myself, all of the employees I worked with and even clients. In 2015, I was ordered to dump a sharps contained over to retrieve something that a trainee discarded by accident. (There was absolutely no need for this, we needed the number on the vial and there were other vials in the fridge to get that number). I reported this to OSHA but only received a letter saying he was contacted. He has thrown cats and dogs in cages, he is very impatient and forceful at times. He cannot wait for his techs to help him. He just does it himself out of annoyance. I will never forget this instance. There was a jack russel terrier that we tried to draw blood from and he was unsuccessful as the dog was squirming quite a bit. The dog slipped off of the table and was hanging by his leash for a few seconds. Dr Trapp would not let the employee help the dog back onto the table. Took the dog and threw him in a cage. I am no longer a practicing vet tech due to this awful environment. It was traumatizing and I really cannot fathom how this awful person is still treating patients, let alone was able to adopt a child. I have experience in emergency and specialty care of animals, so moving to van wert was a slow change of pace which I should have excelled at. I could not, because Dr Trapp prevented me from practicing and allowing me to become the best technician that I could be. I hope those who have had good experiences continue to, and anyone who is thinking about going here, just don’t. READ REVIEWS AND TALK TO THE STAFF. If they don’t like the doctor they work for, the doctor most likely will not care for you companion either. I am speaking out about this 5 years later because it has been weighing on me for some time now. It is just not okay and I hope this brings light to a situation that needs and has needed addressed.

Had a dog hurt his eye, couldn't get with any other vets in the time frame I needed and still get to work. He got my dog in checked his eye gave him some pain meds and drops. His eye healed really good.

Dr. Trapp is a considerate and compassionate veterinarian who takes time to really listen to and work with owners and their beloved pets. I have gone to him for 10 years with numerous cats having many different ailments and conditions. He works with owners to find remedies and solutions.
