Had 5 custom letterman patches completed and needed quite quickly. To my surprise (after talking to numerous other companies that were minimal three week turn time) our patches were completed and delivered in less than 12 days over the Christmas holiday! Patches turned out great other than the sizing of the 5” patch is more like 6” with the borders- other than that perfect! Great company will refer and use them again!!!

Good service and collaborative team. Alex, Morgan, and others worked with my company to create a small run of embroidered jackets - they looked great and I went back for more a couple months later. Glad to have found a provider for this kind of swag as we continue to scale our team, and looking forward to using them on projects to come!

I called with a question about the status of relettering my daughter's FFA jacket – Tonya answered promptly and was able to find out what I needed to know within the hour. Although there was a potential snag due to OUR lack of advance planning, Tonya did what it took to get us the jacket BEFORE our unreasonable due date. Tonya saved the day!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Beware! This company is a COMPLETE waste of time. They give American manufacturing businesses a bad name. Their customer service (specifically their sales team) is atrocious, evasive, and barely responsive. They made a custom patch sample for me in a size that was much larger than I ordered and never reached out in advance to approve the change. Also when I mentioned the sizing issue and tried to order a new one (which I didn't even ask for the new one for free and in fact tried to order 3 new ones) I was first made to feel like it was my fault and the fault of the design that my patch was so large (nonsense because they approved my artwork and my specified dimensions more than a month before production) and then I was being told for more than a week that they were finalizing my order form only to find out that they refused to do any business with me in the future (yes I asked them if they refused and they emailed me and said yes lol) at all for what they claim was because the sizes I was choosing would make the patches look bad. Think about that logic for a second. I never said I wanted anything free. I never said I wouldn't order again in bulk. I even gave them due praise for the areas in which they did do a good job. I simply asked for 3 new samples which I was happy to pay for in order to get a final patch that we could approve for bulk ordering. They never even had the common courtesy to return my numerous phone calls before sending me the vague email that they refused to do any business with me. Just to give everyone an idea of the sizes we are talking about so that you know this is nonsense: I originally ordered a 7 inch width patch and received an over 10 inch width patch. And the patch was a simple logo with only 3 colors. It wasn't like I tried to order a painting. They didn't even offer up solutions or alternatives if in fact my designs were so difficult (again they seen the designs 3 months before the first order and approved the design and dimensions a month before the first order). Again, this company is a complete waste of time. Do NOT order from them.

I custom ordered 3 volleyball patches for my daughter. our colors are black and white with gold. the patch was a volleyball then I picked the embroidery colors and trim colors. when I recived the patches the volleyball was stitched in blue. I emailed to see if I could get them redone or get a refund and Sandy the office manager told me that I could not. I told her "so I am stuck with worthless patches and her response was "The patches from order ****are custom made for you. And yes, they are yours to keep." I want everyone to know what poor customer service you offer!!! Merry Christmas with my $50!!!
