I’ve purchased two vehicles from Statewide. I worked with Shelby both times. She was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back to Statewide and Shelby anytime I’m looking for a vehicle.

I recently purchased a used 2021 Mazda CX-9 from here and the experience was very easy going thanks to Shelby. I was in a bit of bind with no vehicle to use as my other car decided to quit out on me. Shelby was able to get me in quick and have me out before the morning was over. My only complaint isn't in regards to Shelby or their finance team but their service people. I had originally called about the vehicle on Saturday hoping to come and pick it up then even though I wouldn't get there until after service hours, however the vehicle needed a new battery so I couldn't get in till Monday morning, which was no problem. However when I had arrived Monday morning at 9am the vehicle still did not have the new battery installed. Their service team is in at 7:30, thats an hour and a half before I had arrived to be able to get a new battery installed. After I was able to test drive the vehicle (with the faulty battery still in it) I waited for finance to do their thing and they said they would change out the battery while I wait. It took the service team an additional hour to get the battery changed, and in the end their service guys didnt end up replacing it but a shop down the road did instead. Im somewhat handy on vehicles and know that it doesn't take an hour to replace one, maximum 30 minutes, Ive changed a couple within 15 minutes. The process took a bit longer than I had originally hoped for but thankfully Shelby made me feel welcomed and always tried to keep my interests in mind throughout the process. Shelby is a 5 star rep, their service team is a bit lacking with communication and timeliness on vehicle maintenance.

Austin Mitchell at Statewide Ford was a great help with purchasing my ford truck online. He provided prompt, professional service. Purchase process was fast and easy. Truck was as advertised if not better. Austin definitely went the extra mile to help get my purchase done. He Is still providing support and answering questions that have come up after sale. I would purchase from him again.

Gabe was great! He was incredibly knowledgeable and kind throughout the entire process and overall I had a great experience buying my ideal car (2017 Toyota Camry). He made sure to be transparent with the condition/upkeep of the car before I decided to purchase and sent me a 360 video before the appointment. He even dropped the vehicle off at my apartment (+ filled the gas) since I live nearby! I never would have expected such great customer service. I would definitely recommend Statewide Ford to anyone looking to buy a car!

Shelby at Statewide Ford was awesome to work with, as was the entire team! Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. My previous car had broken down and we needed to find a new car quickly and Shelby was able to get us in a new car perfect for our family in just a couple of days. The negotiating process was honest and fair. I was in my third trimester of pregnancy at the time and the Statewide Ford team even went above and beyond to provide me with a Tums while we signed papers because I had forgotten to bring my own. Such a random request, but they even accommodated that! Highly recommend Statewide Ford and especially Shelby!

We went to State Wide Ford to purchase a new vehicle and had Randy Custer as our sales person. He was absolutely great to work with all the way around.
