for this station not being that old there is always pumps broken or can't pay at pumps then you have to stand 10 mins in line because cashier is so slow

Shell had the lowest price on our N-S route through Van Wert this weekend. Lots of pumps, car wash, truck fueling island, travel store, and drive up takeout.

There are a few ladies that work on third shift that are super kind! I’ve always come in here on my 3rd shift break to grab my lunch. They always have a really good selection of food!

Their customer service is terrible. 1st their system locked up of shell gift card That had over $200 on it so I couldn't pay for fuel I was forced to leave the card with them so they could run it the next day when it finally got unlocked then when I tried to get the rest of my money back they had it locked awayAnd the clerk working refused to contact a manager despite the fact that I live an hour and a 1/2 away. So they basically stole about a $100 of mine.
