Bought a ATV from Rural King and wish we wouldn't have! Wife and I purchased a Coleman ATV from them on 8/16/2020. Brought it home that day. My wife gently rode the ATV around the property a few times. When she stopped, I noticed the left front wheel facing a different direction then it should have been. She called the store immediately as we had only had this ATV for a few hours at max and only have .4 miles on this ATV. They told us we could bring it back for a refund or wait until Monday to talk to their mechanic. So, the next day we talked to the mechanic and he told us they was suppose to give us warranty info and take down our contact information for the ATV purchase. So we loaded up the ATV and took it back Monday morning, while almost there the mechanic told us that since we rode it, they will not take it back.... Now, he is telling us we have to bring it back again so they can take pictures and see if its covered by the warranty! On a BRAND NEW ATV!!??? This is completely ridiculous! I was planning on buying a $30,000 tractor from them, but after this, I will go somewhere else. After contacting the store manager, he told us that they should have offered a extended warranty, but they did not. Nor did the store manager offer for us a chance to purchase the warranty, but he at least apologized for the issue. We also did not receive any kind of title or any information whether we would be getting it in the mail. So, after the run-a-round from Rural King, I contacted Coleman directly. They immediately replied back, apologized for the issues, and are sending replacement parts to our house. If it wasn't for Coleman, we would be stuck with a damaged, brand new ATV. UPDATE 8/28/2020 - Issue still unresolved! No help from Rural King except the mechanic has told us multiple times on the phone that this may not be under warranty! Now going to look into other avenue to get resolution.
