Highly disappointed in the service. Over the course of the last couple weeks, I ordered about $600 worth of merchandise. All was well except 1 item. It was dirty, smelled of perfume, and had makeup on the collar. It has obviously been worn and returned. Instead of returning ir, I dropped it to the cleaners and let ModBoutique know, hoping they would just cop me a small coupon to make up for it on my next purchase. Instead, they have acted like I am a liar and have dragged a small matter out. Sadly, what could have made me a customer for life has now turned me off.

Shipping was incredibly fast. I purchased 3 tops and a dress. I was disappointed in the SHEIN like fabric I received I was expecting much better quality for the price I paid. They are cute tops but I’m so tired of the 100% polyester items that you wear/was one time and then they are ruined.

Not happy with my purchase here. I should have read the return policy before purchasing. I read each of the measurements on the items purchased, to make sure they would fit, but mostly everything but 1 item fit. Everything was too small. I tried on the items the day I received them, and started the return process that day. I did reach out to customer service, but they only allow you to return for store credit. Everything was only tried on once and immediately put back in a package for return. Unfortunately, The items I'm interested are all sold out, and I don't imagine anything else will fit here. I basically threw my money away, almost $300.

Going round and round with them, they have sent me two repeat orders (different prices) and said that I must have ordered them again. I did not
And they are the worse customer service I have seen.
My bank is filing a dispute with them

Believe the other reviews! Shein quality clothes for a high price. I wound up donating everything I ever ordered from here. Customer service is ZERO, they don't reply to emails. Clearly do not stand behind their products as they only offer store credit and not refunds for their cheaply made clothes. They are unapologetic about taking your money and keeping it for their junk. Don't waste your money!!

I really like this company's clothing and I like that they are a small town in Ohio where my mom grew up. I want to continue supporting but the return policy is not great and I've bought two earrings now that have had a warning on the back saying "May cause cancer or reproductive harm". PLEASE STOP SELLING THESE ITEMS IN YOUR STORE AND ONLINE! I'm not going to pay to return earrings that weren't initially disclosed with those kinds of warnings. So now I'm out money again because I'm not going to wear earrings knowingly having this warning on them. I don't live nearby so I have to go by pictures of items so it's very disappointing to get a second pair of earrings with this warning that I refuse to wear and is again wasted money. Please stop selling these items that have these warnings. It's not great in general for the customer but it's even worse for the online customer.

I was so nervous about ordering from here for the first time. My package said it was delivered but I didn’t receive it. I panicked and emailed the boutique and called my postal service. After a few days, it ended up in my mailbox. We have no way of knowing where it came from or how it got in my mailbox but I got it. The boutique was so nice and helpful with their information and assistance. My postal store in town said they called and were genuinely concerned. I will order again just for their dedication. Thank you.

update:Two weeks later , I’m still going around with these snarky ladies. Never have i dealt with more rude people in my life. They will fight you tooth and nail just so they can say they are right . You run a business which is made successful by satisfied customers. Sooner or later this is going to come back and get you.I should have read the poor reviews .I’m really disappointed in this company. I bought 2 items.one of the items didn’t work for me. I went to the website and followed the instructions to complete the return. There’s seems to be a glitch with the website where when i complete the last step it takes me back to the original page and makes me start again. I contacted the company 3 times(amd included my phone number) and asked to speak to a live person. I just kept getting emails back on how to complete the return. Why refuse real time communication? I didn’t hear back from them until I posted on the Instagram page my challenges. What happened ? I received an email for me to call them. In the interim, i contacted my credit card company and have disputed the charges. I’m sure that the owner will send a heartfelt response here about how they are here to help. That just wasn’t the case on this occasion. I hope this serves as an opportunity for this company re-evaluate their customer service policies.

Clothing is not true to size. Runs very small. They will not refund you your money, only store credit. Which doesn't work well if none of their clothes will fit you.

Back in August I received the following email after making a return: Our return team recently received your items back and upon inspection found that the denim had a couple of dirt stains on them, as well as a strong perfume smell. Would you like to receive these back? Please let me know how you would like to proceed!I simply tried the clothes on and then put them right back in the package. I asked to see photos of the marks and received no reply. I also don’t wear perfume due to allergies so none of this made sense. I have never received an email like this in all of my experience with returns. I do believe that they ended up refunding or giving me store credit (I didn’t remember which). I just feel like this was an attempt to get out of giving me my refund. I have warned friends and family to stay away from this company.

Another 1 star review for this online boutique. The clothes are TINY and cheap material. I purchased during a sale since their usual prices are soooo high, but found out you cannot return any item purchased during a sale or with a discount more than 30%. Now stuck with tiny over priced clothing!
