Bought a used vehicle from Ben, not the typically used car salesman. He lied to my face and cried about his kids need the eat.Brought the car home only to find out the questions Ben asked after I test drove the car were issues that he knew about."Car drives pretty smooth" [the car needs new engine mount]"car was detailed and new cabin filter" [seconds later another salesman shows me the filter he pulled out, NASTY]"I need you to sign up for onstar so I get a kickback from chevy to feed my kids" [really Ben]Long story short my car I purchased not even 2 months ago needs...A/C Compressor (leaking) – $1028.88 + taxTorque Mount Bushing Bad - $247.25 + taxValve cover Gasket (leaking oil) - $229.13 + taxAirbox Grommet - $8.34 + taxUnderbody Shield - $137.03 + tax2 of the tires were 9 years old,windshield wipers (which I asked if are good) are shot.Lots of money I have to put into a car Ben refused to work with me on price. I wonder if I didn't have Ben as a salesman... he was by far the worst person to deal with!

Had a sensor that went out on my car this week. They came and picked up my car from work and promptly diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and called me to work it in ahead of the holiday weekend to get Ruby all fixed up. Thank you!

Ernie Kelly is the man to go to!! My husband needed to trade his van in for a reliable car. We wasn’t for sure how to go about it. We went to one place before & they were totally trying to rip us off & gave us little information. So we decided to go here & he was soo informative! Answered all of our questions. Trying to get us the most perfect deal for our family. His vibe was totally amazing too! It felt like we knew each other forever. We recommend him! It was such an easy, smooth & fast process as well! We will definitely go back to him in the future! His rating should be above & beyond 5 stars. :) We needed this major upgrade & my husband deserved it as well! He was soo happy!!!

We were getting very poor service from the dealership where we bought our used vehicle. After a couple weeks of trying to figure out the problem with the vehicle, they decided that the vehicle could not be repaired (and we still owed thousands of dollars on it.) We decided to see if Lee Kinstle's could diagnose the problem. They understood that we had been without the vehicle for a couple weeks. So the next morning, within a couple of hours after they opened, they had the car towed in, the problem figured out, and the repairs done. Very impressive compared to what we went through with the other dealership.

We went there to purchase a vehicle, a 2014 Infiniti QX80 VIN JN8AZ2NC1E9352682 we test drove and it was fine and then decided to purchase it a few days later. Which was January 2nd 2023.As we were driving the vehicle home, we live 50 miles away the check engine light came on. We took it to AutoZone to get a reading on the codes. It said it’s the Catalytic converter.. We took it to Riley’s codes read the same. We took it to our Mechanic who told us that the dealer knew about it and just turned the warning light off.We called Kinstle and was told to bring it back for them to look at it. A week later we picked up the car, we were told it’s fixed the light came on again, we called again, brought it back again, and again a whole week later we were told it was taken to Infinity, another week past!!So then we were told it would be $4800.00 to get it fixed. Don’t ever do business with them…I’m filing a complaint!They then agreed to take it back and get the loan paid! We get there, they charged us 2000.00 for taxes and fees! The Manger told us they could not get the sales tax from the state of Ohio. All we had was trouble, and we had to pay????
