Mouthy people that (work) act like it hard to put there phone down to help costumers ....don't suggest anyone to shop there

Went to pick up my Fed Ex package and the store was closed at 8:25pm. Their website says they are open until 9pm. I understand short staffing makes the store very cluttered and the shelves pretty bare, but closing?? They just opened this new store... Very disappointed ?

I purchased a gift card at Dollar General and had a problem with it. The store associate Connie Allen was very helpful and called the gift card company and resolved within a few minutes. I am thankful for the special care they give customers. I will definitely come back to shop here again.
