“I came to Citizens National Bank when I moved from Miami, Florida to Van Wert, OH for a number of reasons: 1) my old bank, Regions, did not have any branch location anywhere near where I moved to. Closest branch I believe was in Indianapolis... way too far away for me. 2) I asked my realtor if there was any banks he would recommend, he mentioned this one. I reached out and called the bank and met with Rhonda Dean, the loan officer for the bank. We told her we were in the process of selling our home down in Homestead, Florida and were going to buy a house in the area. We also advised we were interested in opening up a bank account and transferring our funds from our old bank to Citizens National Bank. She immediately got to work. She got Joyce and James from the bank to help us set up our accounts and started working on our loan. She was helpful, always a phone call or email away as we had to do a lot of the early work from Miami, Florida. She was awesome! Helping us get our loan and made this tough process as smooth as possible. Everyone at the bank we have worked with has been patient, friendly and very helpful! If you are looking for a good bank to work with in Van Wert, come to Citizens National Bank and talk to Rhonda Dean if you are looking to get a loan.”
