I haven't lived in Van Wert for over a decade. But I kept my insurance with these folks because I want to support one of my hometown businesses. But when my insurance went up by 33% and I called to find out why, they told me to call the corporate office... Ok... So why do I have an agent then? Will probably leave unfortunately. Not sure my policy makes them any money anyways. Maybe it's just an expense for them. Idk.I don't expect to be waited on hand and foot or anything, just a little customer service would be great.This is one person's experience, I may be an outlier. Read other reviews.
