The instructors are awesome with kids and teaches kids alot of different things from self control to self defense all around great place for kids and adults

Used to work out with shad and instruct with him, he is an awesome guy and instructed and wish I had the time to get back to 540 with him, Lee up the awesome job shad

Our granddaughter is taking karate class at 540 Martial Arts and she loves attending. Shad is a very good instructor and it's obvious he enjoys his job.
