They started off good, but like everyone else is saying in their reviews, things changed. They say they will be coming over to my parent’s apartment on a certain day and time, and my parents wait and wait, and they don’t show up or call to reschedule. Very very frustrating.

They are the worst ! Never answer the phone and forget about any return call. I filed a grievance with Humana.

They started off really helpful. James said if I need anything, do not hesitate to call. I have called over 40 times about the masks not being the right size, and never getting a return call back. They have no problem sending me bills for equipment that does not fit, but will not return calls. So on one of the bills I wrote that I will not pay until they resolve the issues. Heard from them once and never again. They must have thought that I would pay the bill without the issues being resolved.

I would give a zero if I could. The people started out being very helpful but over time became extremely rude. The doctors office who referred them told me to buy a CPAP machine because the insurance would never approve a machine for him (he had a brain injury). He now has one from another company and is doing well with it. Do not do business with them. They need to be put out of business. Even the boss was not helpful at all.

It’s horrible they never answer the phone nor do they call you back. I need my cpap machine and stuff and was told it would be 2-3 weeks been over a month.

I’ve been waiting 8 monthS for this dam cpap machine so long i dont care if i even get one now and then after eight months I get a car all we know what we’re gonna give you a call back to let you know when we can have an appointment to come over your place and that never happens so forget it don’t deal with this place I don’t even care if I have that thing now except for the fact I can’t get no surgeries or anything if I don’t have it
