“To Whom it May Concern:If I were to score (based on 1-10 – 10 being best) the work done by the young men you sent to move my lab to its new location (November 7, 2023), I would most certainly have to score them an eleven!They arrived on time, immediately started organizing and moving my very expensive lab equipment with care and professionalism. They asked me about different items and if it need special care (several did need special care). They worked diligently and completed the move in less time than estimated.The lab benches are large, and a previous mover started taking them down then quiet. Your young men questioned what had been done (which was very little) and said they normally did not reassemble items that had been taken apart by others. I understood this and agreed, they would disassemble the frames and reassemble them at the new lab. Our employee showed them how to take the units apart and then your young men took over. Once at the new location they reassembled the units.It was estimated that this move would take 5 hours to complete. They were done in 3 hours 15 minutes.I cannot tell you how happy I am with the work they performed for us.We are looking for a new permitted location in 2024.
