We originally reached out to Middlefield Windows and Door to inquire about getting 12 new windows and a slider, spoke with Kelly whom was very kind and helpful, she set up an appointment in March for an estimate. Rick the owner was a nice guy and came out in March and was very prompt and answered all of our questions. Within two months of signing we received a call from Kelly to setup an appointment to install the windows and slider which was faster than originally promised. The install took almost two days and the head installer Nick and his crew were very friendly and did an excellent job.I was pleased they use their own installers and do not sub contract to other companies. We were very pleased with our whole experience and would highly recommend them not only for being knowledgeable but as well as being prompt and fair pricing while still getting good quality Provia windows that come out of Sugarcreek Ohio.

What a great experience! If you are looking for a great product with great service and great people to deal with you have found it. Don't waste your time calling anyone else. Rick, Kelly and Larry made it so easy for me. NO Gimmicks, NO Games. Rick came out, ON TIME, Kelly called and scheduled as soon as the doors hit there business, Larry showed up ON TIME to install and you didn't even know he was here unless you were looking at our beautiful doors. From the moment Rick and Kelly showed up at our home for an estimate we were impressed. Friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Once we ordered they stayed in contact letting us know when the products showed up and kept us so to speed on the install plan. The entire install team lead by Tim exceeded our expectations! Our house looks better and is quieter inside We receive. compliments especially on our front door. Highly recommend Middlefield Window and Doors!

We started our search for foyer and patio door replacement 6 months ago. Rick answered our request for a quote with a visit 1 day later while the other 2 options were weeks later to visit our home. The supply chain disaster delayed our custom installation some 5 months. We just had our foyer and patio doors installed yesterday and we couldn't be happier with the result. The installers, Tim and Kyle, were on-time, courteous and professional in their work. Tim was most meticulous in making the install perfect. Had our doors installed on 12-17 extremely pleased with the results. Difference is incredible. The installers were very professional and extremely neat. There wasn’t even a mess while they were working. We’re going to order another door exactly the same and will request Nick and Randy to install. My brother saw the doors and mentioned just by looking at them from a distance you see the quality. Not inexpensive at all but you definitely get what you pay for.
