Graybar has closed the counter and showrooms in Cleveland and Columbus. Prices are above average and service has gone by the wayside. As a 40 year customer I will be moving on due to these concerns to start with. I feel current leadership has ruined this company and I will not be gong back to Graybar for anything. Way to go guys.

We arrived early before our loading appointment and were immediately assigned a door. And were loaded quickly. Sure can't complain about a company that gets you in and out as quick as Graybar did us today. Thank you.

I called to see if your lousy policy of a minimum was still in place and found out it is! I needed a replacement kit that cost less, so instead, I'm ordering it from a place in DETROIT!!! I, (along with other installers I know,) used to constantly stop in to get parts until you started that absurd policy.Since then,NONE of us has been back!!!! You have LOST THOUSANDS of dollars from casual sales from us!!!! So....You continue your policy....We'll continue to buy somewhere else!!!!!

I use to do delivery work. Graybar was a customer of several local delivery services. I know they will deliver to construction sites. Next day service to there customers. Quality products. They treated delivery drivers decent so you know they will do right by your customers .
