Schedule an appointment for them to come out and measure and give me a quote for new countertop. Even sent copy of the kitchen design. Not only did they not show up for the appointment, they did not even call to say they were not coming or attempt to reschedule. Call the next business day and left a message and still no return call. After reading some of the comments I've decided to go with another company that guaranteed the countertop would be installed within a week.

I first contacted Granite Transformations from an ad they placed in a local advertising booklet. I never even realized such a product existed. From the moment I contacted their office and spoke to Karyn and later Holly, to our meeting with Jason our salesman in their office and then in our home, my husband and I could tell this was a reputable and honest company we could trust. Everyone in this organization is professional, polite and conscious of how important our time is and how important it is for us to spend our money wisely. We were given a fair quote and we were promptly contacted to have an employee come to our home at our convenience to create templates for the project. We were then again quickly contacted (several times) to make sure that our installation date and time were convenient as well as what we needed to do to get our kitchen ready for installation day. Josh and Kevin showed up on time, and were EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL throughout the entire process. They were polite and asked us questions as the installation progressed to make sure we would be completely satisfied with the end result. They were very knowledgeable about what they were doing and the end result is beyond my wildest expectations. I wish I knew more adjectives to explain my complete and total satisfaction with Granite Transformations and their entire team. I think the greatest compliment I can give is when my granddaughter first saw our countertops, all she said was OH-LA-LA. Did I mention their products are covered under warranty?

I loved working with this company from my first visit to the showroom to the in-home sales call with samples to the actual work crew. everyon one was so professional and helpful. Josh and John, the installers, were so hard-working, polite, and perfectionists. The product itself is also very high quality. I would highly recommend this company.

Chose them because they offered beautiful, affordable, granite-look kitchen counters which could be installed in one day - with no demolition of existing (ugly ceramic tile) counters. Salesman came to our house with samples, which was so helpful - as opposed to us only seeing a showroom. They were professional, detail-oriented, worked hard to solve any design challenges, and thoroughly cleaned up when they were finished. Best of all, the counters are beautiful!

I am very happy with my counter tops. The granite is beautiful and Granite Transformation did a great job. The installers were professional, on time efficient and made sure I was happy at the end of the installation which only took one day.

I would do it again a million times over. From Joe, who did the quote to Josh and Jason who measured and installed, we had a great experience . They are super picky and paid attention to detail like I've never experienced.
