I love getting my many medications already packaged for my am and pm dosage. No running to the pharmacy each time I need a refill, because they contact the doctors for the new prescription. The only time I have to deal with a prescription is when they haven't heard back from the doctor. I love ExactCare!

The representative was really nice, but it would help. If y’all would explain it a little more better. I haven’t received none of my prescriptions yet .but I’m looking forward To having all my prescriptions prepared in the right packages for me

Exact care does an excellent service. They are prompt. Keep up with your medication and give you notification if something has changed. They seemed really concerned to me. There really professional and real good people to work with.

Customer service is very polite and helpful. My package always comes on time and my medicines are always correct and packaged correctly. I love ExactCare. I always stay with this company because I have had some bad experience with others!

Great delivery and refills are always on time, no questions asked! ?? If there's ever a problem with medication and a reaction with another, they will make sure that the other Doctor is aware of it before beginning that new prescription to me so I never have anything ever to worry about! ? There's been a few times where I had some problems with almost running short of refills since the Doctors didn't call them in on time, but they took care of that for me too and they priority shipped me what I needed just to help me through to get me by‼️ ✅???

I have never run out of any of my medicines, and I have quite a lot. They are very prompt about sending my monthly box of medicine to me. If they have any questions hey call me right away. I am so very pleased with their services. I would recommend them to everybody I talk to.

You always hate to get those calls. Well, the initial interaction was pleasant and had just enough information for me to actually be interested in getting more details. The next contact was the actual setup and permissions to begin the process. The app is straightforward, access is fairly painless. Best part is several places where you the customer can get ahold of them the provider. I recommend. I’ll give an update once I begin getting the active service.

Hi I've just start with this pharmacy about 3 Mos ago and I can't believe this they have been billing me a head before I could even receive my meds I told them I never received August 2023 meds yet and it's the end of the month we're is my package they said it was already delivered to my address I told them I never got it and how did they mail it they told me by usps I ask the why would they mail it that way well needless to say I had to make a police report before they could send it again bc my insurance company needs an explanation as to why they had to do an override for 9 meds I told this company if they mail it again I will need to sign for all packages coming from that company I'm so upset right now due to me going a whole month without my meds I told them I will pay the bill when I get my meds until then I guess they're out of luck so after this month you better believe I'm changing and reporting unbelievable I also called my insurance company to let them know what was going on with this company on how they're billing me for meds I haven't received yet my insurance company is looking into this company right now this will have to show all documents for every bill and a print out for all meds hey exactcare some people are smarter than you think see you in courtTHANK YOUL.W

The Exact Care representative was very helpful and friendly, got me all set up. She was having problems with her system and it took some time to complete, otherwise she would have gotten a 5-star review.

My first initial contact with Exact Care Pharmacy was my enrollment into the program so I haven’t received a shipment of medication ye, but I am excited to start receiving my medication through the mail.

I hope I have good luck with this pharmacy so far the First Lady on the phone was nice the second one I guess is having a bad day I hope things get better.. I sure also don’t like I have to wait 2 weeks but such is life I’ll give them a chance
