The WORST customer service. Uneducated customer service reps tells me they are not paying for quality employees. Every time we have a question or an order something goes wrong. EVERY TIMEFind a different providerBreached our HIPA and credit more than once

DO NO USE THIS COMPANY!!!! This has to be the worst company I have ever worked with. The billing department is only available through the phone and they know NOTHING. I was being billed each month for random different amounts, for the same date of service. When I would call the answer was simply "that is your copay." No other explanation besides talk to your insurance. I have asked to speak to a supervisor 5 times now. I am always told a supervisor will call me back. NEVER has a supervisor called me back. I only get bi-weekly, automated reminders my balance is passed due. Why would I pay a bill that the amount varies monthly and cannot be explained????? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Very, very disappointed with this company. First communication was great, my Dr and I have left 4 messages and I have been on Live Chat and their rep sent them an email and still no response. Take your business to a company who wants it.

I have had a horrible experience with this company. I desperately needed a new C-pap. problem is my new c-pap and supplies arrived 2 days after I was fired from my job and no longer had health insurance. I never even opened my box and called Apria multiple times to come and pick up the box since I knew I now couldn't afford the c-pap since I have no health insurance. After 2.5 months of pick up delivery set up where no one showed and then me calling and talking to an answering machine, I finally received a call back stating I have to bring the unit back myself (they do not do pic ups) AND I still owe them $72 dollars even though I have never used ANY of the equipment and never opened the box AND tried multiple times to have it picked up. It is bad enough that I am unemployed and depressed, but now I have to deal with this mess and probably have my credit tarnished because I am not paying for equipment I never used. This is the worst!!!

I tried the CPAP before and it was unsuccessful. This April machine is silent, comfortable and best of all, I am sleeping. It is wonderful!

So far a very disappointing experience.Definitely wouldn't use this company if it weren't for my mom's doctor ordering her CPAP machine thru them. Nothing gets done quickly.Customer service is unreliable.

I was very happy that I was able to receive my new C-Pap machine in fifteen (15) days from the time the Sleep Disorder Department of the Cleveland Clinic Foundation here in Cleveland, Ohio put in the order.

Well...I felt from initial phone conversation with Apria rep regarding delivery of new Resmed cpap things were going to be great with this new company. New cpap delivered December 19, called Apria on December 20, left detailed inquiry about new cpap and lack of receipt for mask requested, was told in voice recording, if message left during normal business hours it would be returned within 2 hours, no returned call, left several more messages each day following and it's December 30 and I'm still waiting for return call. Even stated they may not have heard my initial message due to my dog barking in background, resent message more than several times. I'm making do with new machine which seems pretty nice but I do still need to speak with somebody at Apria. I'd say maybe because of holiday week there's a disconnect, but their phone recording does not reflect anything of that nature. I'm stumped!! Still waiting in Painesville Township.
