Horrible communication. Stated they will deliver supplies and nothing came. Had to call several times and every time I was given different information. Patient was waiting for the wound vac supplies, did not have anything for the wound. Every time I called nobody knew anything and were given conflicting information. I would give them less then 1 star if I could.

I had to wait for my much needed rollator walker for over a month. My phone calls were never returned and I was expected to contact my physician’s office for problems with the prescription causing much frustration for me as well as my Cleveland Clinic physician. Terrible customer service!

If there was less than one star I wouldn't even give it that. The struggle I had with this company and their customer service skills was beyond awful. Their manager of the office has some issues with people in general and hates her job. We received our equipment and tried to use it and when it didn't work for us our doctor told us to return the device. When reaching out to the office they gave us a date and said we could return it any time and their was "no return date". Yet when attempting to return they quickly turned it into sales and refused to take the equipment back after driving 45 min to return it. Told us they could not accept mail returns as it would risk loss of items yet they must have thought we were too stupid to use fedex. Their manager was rude on their phone and stoof by the rules she made up which seemed to confuse corporate later on why she would not take it back. She had no reason. When contacting customer service we were greeted by many overseas agents who could barely speak English. They lied multiple times they would resolve the issue and it was the same story loophole. They apparently cant seem to understand the notes in english and asked for the repetitive story every time we called.Then before the matter was resolved as there was a time frame, they quickly sent it all to collections while in process of investigation. This company tries to fraud innocent clients and patients who suffer from health issues. If they ever try to scam you, Reach out to your insurance company and make sure they know what is happening. It took 6 months of many phone calls and emails which gets you Nowhere. Finally after our insurance company investigated the equipment was taken back after another 45 minute drive and another month to clear off our names in collection. The people in this office are very rude as well and have been trained poorly. This company needs to be investigated by the BBB and all the people they have perhaps tried to scam.

Don't walk, RUN AWAY from this company. I had issues with them from day one. I could never get anyone to return my calls. That was in May/ June 2023. Now 10 months later the billed my credit card $798. No bill sent, no warning. I've been on the phone with the billing department now for 40 minutes and feel no closer to understanding the issue.
UPDATE #1. I requested 2 things at the time I made the first call. First for them to send me invoices and the second was a callback. After several days neither has happened. Tonight I received a phone call demanding I pay or they will send this to collections. I emailed the customer care asking for the invoices, a callback, and if they believe that I owe money, then a bill. I don't trust their accounting department because a few weeks ago they send me a refund due to overpayment, and now I owe them.
UPDATE #2. It's been 3 months and I'm still no closer to resolution. I'm now getting phone calls from them saying that they are going to pick up my equipment. It's a robo call so I've been calling the number that is being left. They tried to help, but needed to have someone call me back. That was a week ago and besides the daily robo calls, nothing. And no one can answer why they stopped billing my insurance. I can't wait for this nightmare to be over.

Worse company I ever delt with. No customer support, billed for items not recieved. I have top notch medical insurance to cover costs but they sent me a letter asking to bill my credit card 100% and for me to get reimbursement from my insurance. Sent my c pap machine with no one to answer questions as to using it. Called their support and was told you don't need to be a rocket scientist to figure it out and was hung up on...stay away from these people and their company...total loosers!

I found out that APRIA will auto renew my contract if I change medical insurance. The current contract is for 15 months of payments. If I change medical insurance during enrollment period a new contract will be signed with new insurance. REGARDLESS if I have only 2 payments left, they will sign a new contract for 15 more months. If i change the next year again, the same situation, renew for another 15 months. That means that the device could have been paid for 3 years ago but am still paying because of the contract resigned not for balance but for entire amount. I VERIFIED this information with Apria. I cancelled with them before and physically brought the equiptment back to their office. THEY ARE A BAD COMPANY DO DEAL WITH.

This place is absolutely useless. You call you get someone on the phone and they won't take responsibility and help you get your order they just tell you you got to call someone else. Brian that works at this office is so rude and short-tempered. Kept yelling at me over speaking me and telling me he's already explained to me a through z and that this is ridiculous. I've waited over two months for replenishment order. I can't believe my insurance is using apria.

Apria has sent us to collections without any billing or notification because they claim that Medicare did not pay. Medicare is paying for the rental. Apria did not send in the November and December bill to Medicare.I guess Apria is DOUBLE DIPPING MEDICARE. We have statements showing Medicare paid. Now the person who is supposed to help us, Lynn Rampley, the General Manager and the other manager Monica will not help us either, they just sends us back to collections when we call and ask for either of them specifically. I certainly hope when these "Managers" are up for review that Apria considers their inter action with customers such as us.Apria does not care about patients/clients just send them the money, even when they get paid.Terrible customer service andI have the feeling I will get the standard online response from whoever at Apria.We have been in contact with their supposed "Customer Service" we have sent the emails and we have waited for a representative to call back. But they never do. This has been going on since August of last year.
