2 of 3 meals were excellent. The 3rd was very good. Service was a bit too intense - as though he needed to turn the table but there were several empty ones

I just want to let people know that if you want a great place to take your dog while u are away...Valley Kennels is the number one choice in my book!!! We had a last minute emergency and had no one that could take our dog...I called them up at 10:00PM and told Sue (the owner) about our predicament and she didn't ask questions..she just said..."don't worry about it...we will gladly take your dog...and we will leave the door open earlier if you need to bring her sooner". I don't know another kennel that would do that on short notice!! Believe me..Sue will treat your dog as if it were her own..!!!PS. We were even low on dog food..not a problem!!!!Carole Courtney

Great place, never an issue, owner lives on the property, always answers their phone, I can get updates on my pets.

Just wanted to reach out and let everyone know who is reading this what a great place to take your animals if they need to be boarded. Sue and her crew do a wonderful job my babies were well taken care of for the two weeks I was gone, she goes well beyond for them. I have a picky eater who decided she did not want to eat her own dog food with Sue's concerned she give her and purchased on her own rotisserie chicken for her. Will be using her soon again.

Hey all you pet lovers out there,,,,if you want the most fantastic and fun place for your four legged friend,,,,Valley Kennels is THE place!!! Sue is the most loving and compassionate person for the job!! She will take care of your pet as if it was her own!! Should your pet have special needs,,,,she will take down your instructions word for word and make sure she has it just right!!!! The kennels are so clean and she even serves midday treats,,,,salmon and sweet potatoes. We have been going there for years,,,,,we would NEVER want our pets anywhere else! If you want the BEST for your pet,,,Valley Kennels is THE place to go!!

I Took my dogs here for the first time for a 2 night stay. When I first got there it looks NOTHING like the pictures they have posted on facebook. The place is a mess. I was told the owner was in the hospital so I assumed maybe they were slacking a little with their cleanliness. When picked up their food was completely UNTOUCHED, no dog bowls in site in their cages, water bowl completely empty. When I called to book them for this past weekend I was asked about dog food & I said that I was bringing my own because of a food allergy & was told they only had a chicken flavored food (which my one dog is allergic to) & why would I want my dogs given completely different food when I have plenty of their own to bring? When I was called back after wanting to know why my dogs food weren't touched I was told they were given another kind of dog food that was "salmon & sweet potato" & "I'm not sure why they weren't given their own food". Not sure why you would give someone's dog completely different food from their own without owner permission??? (if they were even given that). Both of my dogs scarfed down food AND water the moment we got home. I will absolutely never come here EVER again & I will NEVER recommend it to anyone. My dogs were completely neglected & I'm just disgusted. They should be reported. I am my dogs only advocate. I'm sure I wasn't the only one who's negative reviews were deleted since mine was deleted within minutes. I didn't even want to give them 1 star. Do better.

Sue is the best. She takes great care of our senior dog (14 yo Aussie). She is so compassionate to all of the dogs. The kennels are always clean and she cares for each dog as if she was the owner. I highly recommend Valley Kennels. You can be confident that your fur baby is in the best hands while you are away!
