Thankfully everything was taken care of and apologies expressed both ways. Thank you Kevin & Pet Supplies Plus. ORIGINAL: Currently sitting in front of the store. My fiancé and I drove here to pick up the dog food I ordered online as our 3 labs are out. Of course between work and the 8 inches of snow that came down, we came as soon as we could. We arrived at 8:55pm and upon pulling up it was clear the store was already closed, despite their hours being until 9pm and no note on the door to notify customers of the early closing. My fiancé got out of the car to go up to the door and the two employees in the store proceeded to ignore him. So I called the store to say we were here for a pick up and I watched the female employee laugh as she and her male coworker ignored the phone as well. I even flashed my brights to get their attention and my fiancé went to the door again and knocked. They both proceeded to hide from view and behind shelves to avoid us. I'm extremely upset with this store. We were here before close and literally just needed to be handed our dog food, but we were ignored, laughed at and even mocked. So now we have to go home after wasting time and gas and make our dogs some dinner because two employees couldn't be bothered to stay open until their posted time and decided it was better to pretend like we didn't exist. I will contemplate spending my money on dog food elsewhere. Thanks for nothing Pet Supplies Plus.”

“I have been coming to this location for so long now and they’ve always been so happy and helpful, I witnessed a rude customer cursing because someone was asking about product and he couldn’t check out as fast as he’d have wanted to, but if someone is unsure about a product the employees are more than happy to help and people should be more patient because there doesn’t appear to be too many people all at once and there’s a lot to do! Great team, great service, great store!!!”
“It is a great place. They carry top of the line food. Owner is very knowledgeable and can set you up with a food to suit your babies. He has probiotics that are made to canine DNA which has worked tremendously for my one year old that has allergies. My puppy is a rescue witch came with issues which now she is doing fantastic. Absolutely recommend this place for your fur babies nutrition”

Stacy is always very informed on all her products , I have been going here since they have opened , When my 1st dog Scoobie passed she cried for me . However, when I mentioned it to the employee she price matched!!! The store was very well organized and the employees were very nice.”
“Stopped by Friday to see if they had any propane fire pits. Ben greeted me when I entered the store. I explained what was going on with my existing fire pit and Ben showed me a replacement part option that might solve the issue with my existing fire pit and save me the cost of having to buy a new fire pit. I wasn’t real comfortable with replacing the part myself and Ben suggested I could bring my fire pit in and they would replace the part for me. I came back the next morning with the fire pit. I got a call a couple hours later saying everything was all set. The fire pit is working again. Very pleased with the work they did and the money saved. The entire staff was very friendly and responsive. Job well done!”

“A well supplied farm and garden store with pleasant clerks and other help. They have almost everything farm or garden related and always very helpful. Their yard area is huge with every garden or agricultural item you might need. The even have a hardware section in the store.”

Had a Carhartt item exclusive to Tractor Supply become defective and unravel. I left a review on here and TSC Corporate got in touch with me. They agreed to return it and make things right. I was able to exchange and get the shirt I wanted. I appreciate the excellent customer service (Jessica @ corporate in Brentwood). This is how you keep customers and do right by your customers. I appreciate it TSC. I'll definitely be back.

“My 10 yr old rescue Pomeranian, Lola Ballerina, was severely neglected and had one spot on her hip where the hair was very sparse. I've had her 3 years. My vet thought a previous flea infestation. I started her on the skin and coat treats about 18 months ago. Her coat is now so luxurious & they are easy to eat (missing about half her teeth). She does a happy dance every time I pull out the treat bag!”
“The trainer, Denise, is excellent. She is patient with both the dog and his owner during all the training exercises.The price is affordable, and the attention and love that your dog receives from Denise is far superior to any training you'd find anywhere else. I have a young Goldendoodle who is currently in a class and I am so very pleased with Gold Star Dog Training! I highly recommend you enroll your dog in a class.”
“Received a msg from vet about a specific food for my pets. Petco was the 1st to pop up that showed it was available. I got there and it was due to close in 10 to 15 minutes.
The employees were very accommodating. Answered any questions I had, showed me alternatives and let me know the return policy incase the recommended one didn't go well.
They also let me know about the vaccine and grooming services which I had no idea were available. And signed me up for the card when I was checking out. All that and they still closed on time. I appreciated the time they gave and help I received while I was there and will be returning ( without my purchases because they worked out).

“Awesome job by the groomer that did my little Doobie!. First ever groom. Smells great not like that wet dog smell he had when he went in. His hair is soft and still fluffy in all the right places as I asked her to do. He's just perfect as you can see the before and after pics. We will be returning to petsmart and this groomer on a regular basis.”
