“Went mattress shopping to get a better understanding of what the new gel foam and hybrid mattresses were all about. Matthew was a wealth of knowledge and patiently showed us all of the different choices available. We went to another mattress store for price comparison and the sales person wasn’t as knowledgeable as Matthew. We ended up back at Levin’s and purchased a Stearns and Foster with an adjustable base. It was delivered two days ago and we love it. So glad we were able to try all of the mattresses, and in comparison shopping we got the best deal at Levins.”

We chose the Blu Sleep mattress. It felt like clouds with no pressure points and it was a bargain compared to others we tried at other dealers. Liz encouraged us to spend extra time testing the mattresses a second time after we narrowed it down, to make sure we had the right one, and it made all the difference. Bill's sales demeanor was perfect. A real professional. He didn't hover over us and gave us space to look through the inventory, while checking in periodically providing very useful information about the products and fabrics. He knew the right questions to ask, which set us in the right direction. He gave us plenty of time to look through fabric choices and offered helpful suggestions. To mention, I had no idea they had such a wide selection of furniture and at very reasonable prices. “I bought the D. Core Cirrus Massage chair from Wisewell in November 2021 and felt that the whole purchase process went very smoothly. Eli and John were both very knowledgeable, patient, and responsive. I had visited the store 2 times and took quite a bit of time trying out the chairs, and never once did I feel pressured into making any sort of decisions despite taking up so much of their time! “A true gardeners place to shop as well as home decorators too. I was there purchasing a Christmas gift for a family member. The staff is extremely kind and genuinely helpful. Karen went above and beyond and was very personable! I felt that she really cared and also loved her job. She was interested in helping me and that I was the most important person- I'm guessing that there were 100 things she needed to be doing yet she was focused on helping me. I mention this since we went back the next day to purchase a really cool owl (for me?) and I spoke with Melissa.I asked Melissa who did the displays- she said that Karen herself and their team were the creative team. And the items just came in boxes and they created the magic. Very impressive and whimsical.My photos have attempted to capture some of the atmosphere. A very fun store and great staff. “I can not say enough about the Interior Design Studio, Katie Heinz and the entire staff. Katie helped me transform three rooms (a study and 2 bedrooms). Her vision, recommendations and final touches were beyond what I could have imagined. She challenged me to go outside of my comfort zone and the results are absolutely stunning. Katie was very patient with me every time I called and questioned a design decision. She would reassure me that all would be fine and she was right. By the end of the project if I questioned something, I just knew not to worry about it because Katie said it would be fine. Throughout the project various other 'one offs' came up, including selecting new siding and lights for the exterior of our home, correcting an error made by another design studio and adding final touches to a recently remodeled bathroom. Katie didn't hesitate to jump in and make time for me on these projects. Every recommendation Katie made was perfect. Just beware of the parking situation in Westlake as maneuverability in and out of the parking lot. Could put you right in the middle of the intersection. Hoping the city helps these folks out”

Employees throughout the store were helpful and the attendant at self check couldn't be nicer. Yes, it was an impulse stop as I was gifted towels that were purchased there and wanted to matchy match hand towels and wash cloths. Prices may be a tad higher than at other big box stores but I found what I wanted and even walked out with a new toaster! Will recommend this store.”
