“We had decided the recliner we wanted but were unsure of color and features. We were in Florida but were buying for an Ohio home. We wanted to get in queue if we were to order (which we ultimately did). Thus we called the Strongsville Ohio store. Laurie was very friendly and helpful. She texted me pictures of the leather colors available, explained features and ultimately ordered the furniture for us. She did as much for us as if we were in the showroom and we accomplished, long distance, what we needed done.”

“I can not say enough about the Interior Design Studio, Katie Heinz and the entire staff. Katie helped me transform three rooms (a study and 2 bedrooms). Her vision, recommendations and final touches were beyond what I could have imagined. She challenged me to go outside of my comfort zone and the results are absolutely stunning. Katie was very patient with me every time I called and questioned a design decision. She would reassure me that all would be fine and she was right. By the end of the project if I questioned something, I just knew not to worry about it because Katie said it would be fine. Throughout the project various other 'one offs' came up, including selecting new siding and lights for the exterior of our home, correcting an error made by another design studio and adding final touches to a recently remodeled bathroom. Katie didn't hesitate to jump in and make time for me on these projects. Every recommendation Katie made was perfect. Also, the entire team at Interior Design, including Dana and Debra, were pleasant, professional and helpful.If you are looking for an interior designer, I highly recommend Katie Heinz and the entire team at The Interior Design Studio. Your home will be transformed beyond your expectations.”

“A true gardeners place to shop as well as home decorators too. I was there purchasing a Christmas gift for a family member. The staff is extremely kind and genuinely helpful. Karen went above and beyond and was very personable! I felt that she really cared and also loved her job. She was interested in helping me and that I was the most important person- I'm guessing that there were 100 things she needed to be doing yet she was focused on helping me. I mention this since we went back the next day to purchase a really cool owl (for me?) and I spoke with Melissa.I asked Melissa who did the displays- she said that Karen herself and their team were the creative team. And the items just came in boxes and they created the magic. Very impressive and whimsical.My photos have attempted to capture some of the atmosphere. A very fun store and great staff. “We were looking for a new mattress with base. There are so many out there now it is overwhelming. After going to several other places that sold mattresses we went to Levin. Linda took such good care of us. She asked us questions that helped her understand what type of mattress she thought would fit us best. She then took the time to answer all of our questions while we tried out mattresses.
The delivery and set up went very smoothly.
We are very happy with our new bed and thankful for Linda's help in choosing it.”

“Great selection and layout I used to visit this location a lot but I live further now and have not visited in awhile. I loved the new layout. The store is bright and spacious. Great selection of items from kids toys to home items. They even have a great food selection. There prices still seem higher than some other big box stores but you are still able to find some good deals. There was one register to have a person ring you out the rest is self serve. They had clean restrooms.”

“I usually do curbside pick up and the employees are always SO nice and quick! Today I had to go into the store to pick up and was waiting at the customer service desk and overheard Lisa taking care of a customer, noticing a long line at Starbucks and requested help, and also dealt with a customer that was a little rude but she had a smile the whole time! Naseem helped me today and he’s always so polite. I just wanted to leave a good review to recognize how I see these people often and they’re always friendly and make target runs a pleasant experience. Thank you!”
