“We drove up to Utica (25 minute drive) and didn't have our code or storage unit. I hadn't ever done this before and was giving a friend a ride, but thankfully Rich was there at the same time and helped us a great deal. He called the main center for us, so we could get the details of the storage unit and stayed with us for the entire time. He was a huge help and helped us with the payment and temporary lock.
