I will never come to this location again because I made the mistake of doing cash back and didn't see the sign on the register that said no cash back and so The girl that was running the register got an immediate attitude and in a very smart alec way told me we're not doing cash back and then called for someone I don't know who but that person came and when that person came she was very rude and basically was saying that they weren't during cash back and gave me this shoulder shrug and a sorry about your luck kind of attitude And when I told her I didn't appreciate the disrespect the cashier started getting us really bad attitude was getting very aggressive like, the manager I guess is what she was, had to tell her to take a break because she was getting aggressive and I am only to assume was going to, I Don't know try to start a physical altercation baby?? When I told him manager that I sure as heck didn't know what the heck that was all about, the girl swings her head around and like the exorcist says because that's my grandma and you're not going to disrespect her and the manager/Grandma once again, told her to go take a break. First of all there's this thing you know that they say you shouldn't go pick and fight some people twice your age for one and for two especially when you don't know if that person that's twice your age is going to turn things around on you and you end up getting what you thought you were going to give and I reiterate the word, thought! But regardless, in my day, if you tried to start a physical altercation at your place of employment and with a customer unless, that was means for immediate termination but, nowadays it's okay, if You're related to the manager! If that girl has that short of a fuse that she wanted to start a fight with me because I told her grandmother that I did not appreciate her tone or attitude when it was an honest and accidental nonetheless, mistake, then she needs to be getting one of those work from home jobs or work for a contractor or something but not in a job that you have to deal with the public, just to get you think they're disrespecting your grandmother!!! She's one corporate complaint phone call away!

Go there to get food for my family, the boss. Even if you can call him that. says that the card readers are down, when they weren't. They need to get better management to keep the store in check.

On june21 I drove all the way to dollar store from homer to find out they were closed and that's fine, git home around 415pm and called to see why and when they will be back opened the girl that answeredwas super rude to me and tellling me that it was not my business, i was there to get cat food!

Been coming here for couple years stopped coming in due to prior management and the store was always dirty and nasty as well looked really bad glad to see a turn around with new management met the Manger Austin today clean store very helpful and glad they have turned things around with him in charge

They have false advertisements, for pricing. They do not honor it nor know how to find coupon on app, if needed! Also I have notice quite a few times that price that is seen in store is different, when I've check my reciept later. Take signs down and clean up the store and put correct pricing for your customers. Side note they always have some cart/carts stacked so high, in customers way, that is an accident waiting to happen and could hurt some one! Do not bring out carts out so high, if there not gonna be put on the shelf, rite then and there.
