They claim to treat their employees as family, but are one of the lowest paying companies in the state. During the peak of COVID, while other companies like Speedway were offering hazard pay to its employees, Englefield offered coupons for free subs and pop. Meanwhile the executives were working from home.

The Warehouse Forman is the most abusive little guy I have ever met. Classic case of little man syndrome and a lawsuit waiting to happen. This was my first experience with workplace abuse and I hope to never see it again.

Why is a store that's open 24hrs...closed for 15min during rush hr.???You had customers standing outside both doors unable to fuel their vehicles or make a purchase. This has been an ongoing thing the last couple weeks in Utica, and it needs to Stop.

The BP/Duchess gas station is awful. I was just there this afternoon 9/13/2021. Garbage was overflowing from every trash can at every pump island. There was even a full bag of trash laying against one of the trash cans which itself was overflowing with garbage. The lot was strewn with trash all over it. There is rarely any water or windshield fluid in the troughs, There is one pump that has been out of order for about 2 weeks. Rarely is there receipt tape in the pump unit. This is the store in Canal Winchester at 800 W. Waterloo St. I drive a Ford and Ford suggests BP gasoline, and this is the closest location to my home. If not for the fact that Ford recommends BP, I would never enter this station. Also, I attempted to call Englefield Oil’s customer service line to voice my displeasure, but all I got was a recording, and no one has called me back almost three hours later

Who is the ‘Manager’ of this Duchess Shop? This is THE slum building in our neighborhood. Junkies use this store to shoot up and pass out and no one is sound ANYTHING about it. Look at the trash everywhere. Polaris Parkway in Columbus Ohio

Unless I am in a pinch this is the only place that I will get my fuel and recreational gas. We go through hundreds of gallons a week and have never had any issues!

Englefield run Duchess gas stations are the king of false advertising... their signage does not match prices. They also hire completely incompetent people or can’t keep their locations staffed properly! I will not be spending a dime at any duchess location in licking or Franklin county ever again... just like woody Hayes, “I would rather push my vehicle then give them a dime of my money”
