**I am changing my review of RXO based on the customer service I received after I posted my original comments. It's too bad that it took my review to get satisfaction and I certainly hope the company has learned from this experience. The company contacted me and, without going into all the details, they did end up helping us out and made it easier for us to dispose of the old appliances. They were quick with their help and followed the process along the way while keeping me informed. ** **Original Review** We had a delivery scheduled on a Friday and received an email in the morning with our scheduled delivery time of 3pm to 7pm with a 30 minute call ahead. At 6:15 when I had not heard anything I called them to find out the ETA. The call center is located overseas and they were only able to tell me what was in the computer. According to the notes I had refused the delivery. I told them no one showed up at my home. After a few minutes on hold the story was changed to the items were damaged. But they were not able to tell me anything more. I asked to speak with someone in my local location and was told they would send a message and have someone call me the next day, Saturday, as they were open from 6a to 2p. I called again the next day, after not receiving a call from them and was told I was being transferred to a local rep. I didn't belive she was local due to her accent and she proved herself as lying when I questioned the hours that day and she told me they were closed. Again I was told someone would be contacting me on Monday from the local office. Again, no call so I called again and was told the same thing, someone would call me. On Tuesday morning I received notification that my delivery was once again scheduled for a different day, no communication from RXO about it at all. I called again to their off shore call center and spoke with someone who seemed halfway knowledgeable who agreed it would be difficult to deliver a damaged product. He indicated he could not get in touch with the local office by phone but would email them. I did receive a return email with a response from the local office about the rescheduled delivery. It was rude and didn't make any sense. I purchased the products directly from Samsung and they set up the delivery through this company. Unfortunately for Samsung, I won't be purchasing anything directly from again either. In addition to the frustration and time spent dealing with this incompetent company, I had to repurchase the items through a local store, spent $500 more, have to install the products ourselves and find a place to recycle the old appliances. I wish I could give zero stars.

They went above and beyond to get my new refrigerator into the kitchen, and they plugged it in to make sure it worked. Highly recommend these guys!

The two guys who delivered & installed my washer were absolutely GREAT. I highly recommend them. Very friendly, knowledgeable, honest, on time and helpful even waited to make sure there were no leaks. Thanks again guys!!!

The workers delivered my washer and dryer with no issues. They made the connections to appliances and tested each to make sure they were operational. They also removed my old washer and dryer. Hard working and polite.

Samsung TV I ordered was rescheduled for 6-8 weeks later ... the day before delivery.Update: The morning after I wrote this I was reached out to by a member of the RXO customer service team - Thomas. He confirmed a delivery date in 2 days, excluding the scheduling conflict with the TV the customer service department is excellent, prompt, and professional.
