terrible company when they first came to spray the person only sprayed 1 little area and after I paid they NEVER came back but kept charging me when I tried to cancel they never cancelled it and they took money from my banking account to cancel for a service I didn’t use I hate this company they are very tricky. I recommend orchid. terminex is terrible!!!!

Beware the sales people will lie and you will be locked into a contract that you can't cancel without paying for the whole contract off We have had nothing but issues with billing and 3 times no they don't show up for appointments. The managers at this location is worthless they will never call you back or help you so do yourself a favor and call anyone else

We got scammed by Terminix. Please do not use this company. The inspector came to our house to give us a quote to remove some birds nesting in our attic. He quoted us $1,600, a huge amount, but we were desperate because the birds were waking up our houseguests. When the workers came to do the work, they informed us that they were unable to remove the birds. After 4 lengthy phone calls, Terminix still would not issue a refund and I had to go through my credit card company to get the money back. We then realized that we had signed a year contract for an additional service. The inspector had said we could cancel at any time, but it was a lie! I had to cancel my credit card so they would stop charging me. The inspector straight up lied to us and got us to sign a contract when I thought it was a simple credit card authorization. Never saw the contract that I signed. Outrageous. This company should be exterminated.

I signed up for a year contract & we still have roaches they mostly work on the exterior of the house they only sprayed our house 1 time and it did nothing but attract more. We had someone come smelling like weed in our driveway unannounced.Services: Cockroach extermination

I will never recommend this company to ANYONE. They have been the WORST people to work with. We had them come out almost a year ago to help us with a mice problem we were having and they came out and quoted us for a service that we were told would fix our problem and we wouldn't see mice again.... Or at least not as many. They came out did the job but NEVER finished it!!! We called to have them come finish the job they started and it took MONTHS to get another person out here then when they did send two other guys to do the job, they didn't finish it either!!! We have called many times but we either don't get an answer or we never get a call back. Almost a year later we are still seeing mice & can't even get anyone to call us back. I have called and asked for the managers number or a corporate phone number but of course I wasn't given either. Again I will NEVER recommend terminix to anyone!!

My mother is 81 years old got a contract for a year, was suppose to be a 3 month where they come out and do what they do. Never heard a word and someone showed up id what they do supposably and charged her 136.00. I called them and yet to hear from them. How do you do that to an 81 year old woman? will not be renewing or any of our family members

Every time I make appointment they come out but can't perform the services. They charge me for the services that are not being performed that they are called out to do. They were supposed to make adjustments to my bill due to services I'm not getting but have yet to even do that. The branch manager don't even call back .Services: Cockroach extermination

We have had mice issues since we moved in March and had a few exterminators come out without having any success. We hired Terminix after hearing nothing but great things about their extermination services. Three months have gone by and after failing to remove our mice, and only finishing half the work that we pre-paid for (per their contract) …. we are STILL waiting to hear from the “area manager” to approve finishing the job. We have relentlessly called/emailed/and texted our sales representative and their customer service line while waiting months on a reply. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY! I have never been so dissatisfied with a purchase.

First time customer waiting on the 10am-12pm window they gave me. It’s now almost 2pm & no service or contact. Thank goodness it’s not 100’ or freezing since my pets have been locked outside. Needless to say I’m not waiting around for this to happen again like some of these reviews. Services canceled.Service: Ant extermination

This has been honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in a LONG time. Getting the initial quote was relatively painless even though we had to wait a week "for the inspector to come first" only to have him "too busy" and just give us a general quote over the phone. We then had to wait another week to schedule an on site treatment, only to have them miss the appointment/no call no show. This was a huge issue as we do not live locally and have to PAY a house manager to meet vendors.... $100 bucks out the window. We then rescheduled again, to have them show up a day early in a different window. This property is a short term rental, so we explicitly asked them up front (asking to have notes put on our account) not to show up outside of the agreed upon window as we would likely have guests in the home. The tech then came a day later but 2 hours late and without the right equipment so she said she'd need to come back the following day to finish and missed that window as well. Furthermore, we purchased both the pest control AND the rodent exclusion and the rodent exclusion tech was never assigned, so that has yet to happen. We've called various numbers and sales managers multiple times just trying to get the service we paid for and they've been non responsive. Just terrible.

Your tech, Brad, was polite and sincere in his tour of the inside of my house to make sure that all areas of issue were taken care of. He was courteous in all that he did. His recommendations always prove to be correct and his foresight is outstanding. I feel safer now that the spiders have been eliminated from my house!! Thank you so much Terminix for your outstanding service!!!

I had some work done in my attic after a raccoon found it’s way in. I needed the holes repaired and the insulation replaced. The salesman said that all of it would be taken care of. They would set a trap to catch the animal and repair the damage, no problem. They came out and replaced the insulation and said they would return to repair the damage which I thought was odd. Why wouldn’t you fix the hole first or at least catch the animal and then replace the insulation? Whatever. I have called repeatedly and keep being told someone will call me back. Have managed to have 2 appointments made but nobody ever shows up. I had to go up in the attic and put something temporary in place of the hole until I can get an actual professional to come out and fix it. Save yourself the hassle and money and go with another company. They will do half the work and leave you high and dry.

Bad customer service/sales. I had terminix at my previous house for 12 years. When I moved to the new house I tried to get a quote, which has been awful. I still do not have an accurate quote. None of the costs verbally communicated line up with the contract that they sent me. There is no local office number; all phone traffic is routed through a call center. I have talked to the national line 3 times trying to get an accurate quote and contact the local team without success (even after a note to the regional manager). All of those calls have resulted in a series of text messages (that included emojis) without actually delivering anything. The only reason I tolerated this terrible treatment is because the tech that services our area (my old house) was really good. But I don't have a choice but to go somewhere else. This also makes me question everything else that terminix "promises" to do and their guarantees. **Update: Never heard back anything from the inspector or regional manager. This is after being told I would have something June 6 (weeks after my initial request). I have since started with a local pest control company Best Choice Pest Control. They were super responsive and after signing their quote, they were here the next day. I have replied to

I asked for an appointment for the next day online between 10-12pm, and the technician arrived at 10 am. Surprised me a lot because I wasn’t expecting it. He told me everything he was doing and was very knowledgeable about the bugs as well. So far so good on the treatment. Haven’t seen anything.
