The last 3 time going in to getting food . My order was completely messed up. I ordered three tacos with lettuce cheese and boom boom sauce and only got boom boom sauce. Also ordered three other tacos with lettuce cheese sour cream and tomatos only got sour cream. The girl was rude as could be that was making the food. And like I said this is not the first time dealing with this particular employee I will not be stepping foot back into that particular establishment!!!

No one wants to work in this store. Worst customer service I have ever had on any sheetz's locations. Staff is very unprofessional and very unattentive.

Every single time I order food it’s a complete disappointment. And don’t get me started on the managers. This time I ordered $50 worth of food TWO Different appetizers, the sampler appetizers comes with THREE choices which for two sampler appetizers I order two Mac n cheese bites and cheddar bites which is a total of 6 Mac n cheese bites so between the two appetizers I should have 12 Mac n cheese bites it even shows on their printed ticket on my bag (sampler app) Mac n cheese -3 Mac n cheese -3 and then cheese bites(Sampler app) Mac n cheese -3 Mac n cheese -3 cheddar bites BUT of COURSE I ONLY HAD 3 Mac in cheese bites in my two separate appetizers. I drive back around and explain to the girl that I was shorted Mac n cheese bites she kept telling me I only get 3 in each app I said no, I ordered double in each your receipt even says three and three so between the two appetizers I should have 12 6 in each app. She can’t comprehend what I’m saying still trying to tell me I’m wrong then keeps asking me what I want. I keep telling her I need 6 more Mac n cheese Bites especially for the price I’ve paid. Before I was shorted on my $10 cheddar cheese bites and the manager wanted to argue with me and tell me that she wasn’t gonna help me or I got chocolate syrup for my chicken bites. I don’t understand why they can’t comprehend when they are wrong, it’s pretty simple math an the receipt is even showing it if I ordered double Mac n cheese bites you wouldn’t give me three when you get three choices of different pieces in your sampler so if I ordered double then in each sampler I would have six not three in each sampler. At the end she did remake both samplers gave me the 6 Mac n cheese bites and the cheddar bites which I was owed to begin with from before from being charged $10 for something I never received.
It’s the principal I’ve order a lot of food every time I'm missing sauces. I’m missing cheddar bites. My drinks have been made wrong. Multiple occasions and when I’ve tried explaining it I’m basically being told I’m wrong. I swore the last time when I was missing an order of cheddar bites, and I tried to explain it to the manager I would never ever come back here also the fact that she wanted to be rude and not accommodate anything and basically flat out call me a lair as well my food has come out burnt and nasty as hell. If I’m paying for something I want what I paid for it’s not coming out of y’all’s pay check so stop acting as if it is.
It’s the attitude and me being told I’m wrong when the receipt shows it Then you wanna stare me down and make sure you mmmmmhhh at me

I stop here almost everyday. And repeatedly the older black lady at the register with the busted dark brown nails has the worst attitude problem. You tell her what you want (mind u it's the same every trip) she gets nasty and says "what?!" U tell her again and she rolls her eyes. She's very friendly with her coworkers so I'm guessing she's just upset she's almost 50 serving people much younger. Today (9/6@ aprox130pm) she again was rude, rolled her eyes, didn't tell me my transaction was completed or anything just returned to her conversation with the guy who looks to be a manager, who also didn't seem to mind the way she acts with paying customers. Should've opened wawa here instead 😒

MTO staff was great. However, Mary K at the main register should find a more suitable job. She shouldn't be dealing with people, especially those who are trying to buy things behind the register because she can't care to listen, then gives attitude. Simple questions, like "How much are these products?" Are typically answered with prices or at least showing the products in question... But not for Mary K. My advice would be to check out other places for things at the register cause you might just ruin Mary's day by trying to make a purchase.

Well, the pictures i'm going to share, i believe, say all there really is to say. I'm a truck driver, and i have been in to many Sheetz to count to tell you all the truth. I wasn't working this particular day as this is a new Sheets close to my home, and the fuel was cheaper than any any other place place in Columbus. But when i walked into this restroom, i just about through up. 🤢🤮🤮🤢 then i walked out to tell one of the employees and was told that when the next shift came in that they would be taking care of the bathrooms. We'll, i do believe that, that would be 4 hours from when i told her because it was around 7:30AM and apparently it wasn't going to be cleaned till 11 when second shift would be arriving. Flat-out sickening. And flat-out laziness from the entire, Sheetz team. I have always experienced clean restrooms everywhere else before, and was just totally blown away how this new store could be so disgusting.

This is by far one of the most disappointing locations to order food from. Everytime I order food from here it's a complete disappointment today was no different My fried appetizer of broccoli bites and cheddar bites was completely burnt hard and everything that was in them was completely gone out of them then my loaded stuff nachos look like a complete watery disgusting unedible mess of a pile of food. I don't understand Sheetz with how much they charge for food it's extremely overpriced for what you get for your money. For the two items I spent roughly over $16 😳🤯😲 also another issue I have is there quality control not just at this location but many different locations throughout the central Ohio area that I have been to majority of the times I've been given wrong food not prepared the way I've ordered no napkins no forks just wish there was better late night food options.

Worst sheetz in Columbus. The unleaded 88 does not work and it took 15 minutes for ONE HOT DOG. Will never come back here.

Only place I will get gas, Sheetz rewards are a great tool to use as well as discounts on fuel by purchasing different coupon items

It's alright just depends on the time you're going their you can get your food and drinks in a min or 30 minutes would rate it higher but they need to do better with timing if they have quick meetings do it when you know it's not busy or already have a 1-2min talk just so you know you don't have a build up on the food menu and shake menu.
