My experience with Ford in Urbana Oh was one in which I purchased a new vehicle with the 14 days or 1000 miles return period and they waited my time to promise to get me missing items from my new vehicle purchase. They acknowledged my emails many times and never followed through with those promises. My experience with all FORD dealerships is they are very poor compared to Toyota. I would never consider to buy another Ford again. The experience with Toyota is always makes one feel one is respected entity with an immensely great service & customer support but Ford makes one feel tired, mad, upset and even when you walk into their dealerships, you feel they are not a quality dealership. Kind of like comparing a Mercedes to a Kia. Toyota is like Mercedes. However, this Ford dealership did not deliver to me a vehicle as stated on the window sticker which is a policy of the vehicle one would receive. They voided the policy. They should be out of business. I will report them to the FTC.gov. Someone made a comment on Google this dealership was on Ohios Attorney General Watchlist for 5 years. Now I do not know if this is true but if so then I would never use this location if you wish to buy a Ford. Check out Google reviews too.

Whites Ford staff was great to me when I purchased my preowned vehicle, Salesperson made me feel at home , very nice and courteous, great job.

I had White's Ford to put everything new on my 2005 F350 everything except for block and heads and spent over $15,000 and drove my truck for about two weeks and it has been sitting since and that was in late 2022. It won't start. I'm very seriously thinking of changing from Ford to Chevy because of the shotty work that Ford has done. Very dissatisfied and disappointed

Horn went out on Ford Explorer. Clearly covered by the warranty we bought and they would not honor the warranty. All the other Ford dealer ships we called did honor the warranty. Just scammed me for a $150 diagnostic test. Wouldn't recommend. Terrible service and very unprofessional.

Love this place. They are very helpful in getting paperwork, getting me the car I want together, for buying a car. Quick at 360 and oil check ups on my car. Have been using them for years because there employees and staff are friendly.

We purchased a used car from White's Ford and our salesperson was Dave Wright. The purchase of a car isn't always the best experience but that is not the case at this dealership. We bought a used Mazda Miata that was in great shape. The sales experience was perfect. However, as we were driving the car home, the check engine light came on. We contacted Dave who told us to bring it right in for them to check. We brought it the next day and the agreed to cover all of the costs at a Mazda dealer of our choice (being a Ford dealer, they wanted us to go to a dealer who specialized). We needed a vacuum pump and White's covered the costs. Dave even followed up with an email to make sure the car was taken care of. They treated us like family throughout the process and we are thrilled. Everyone was professional and kind.

Just reviewing the 2019 reviews of Whites Ford. Doesn't look like this dealership has improved. I guess they didn't learn much from being on the Ohio Attorney Generals watch list for 5 years. Too bad for the community.

New Truck there 6 weeks waiting for repairs under warranty. They have ZERO sense of urgency for customers. Absolutely frustrating as all heck. Never getting a Ford again.

I was very impressed a lady was stuck out at Walmart with her vehicle she called up one of the employees he was awesome he came out to help her even took her home what an awesome guy if I ever by another vehicle it will be from them again

Chris and Randy in service are the best. They treated us well. We always have our car fixed at White's. Chris and Randy gets our car fixed right away and it is done right. They always quote us a good price for service and they stick to it. I have never had any service or sales issues at White's.

Lets start with I was driving from Columbus to look at a car. I told Tom the salesman that I was very particular in looking for a new car. To look the car over well and send me photos of any dings or dents or scrapes. He sent me a few photos clearly showing a few small scrapes. Decided to make the drive out. In a typical salesman fashion, he lied. There was a huge dent in rear where someone had backed into something. The passenger rear door panel was cracked and seals busted at top. I was very clear when I said "any" damage. He blamed it on the rain. I call bulls#%! Don't go and get a car here. They can't even be honest from the start.

Exceptional customer service! Kudos Chris! They arrived at an accurate diagnosis of my vehicle ( after 3 mechanics shops in Springfield said they could not find a problem) and took care of the problem. Both my car and I are happy! I will return to White's and Quick Lube (where they took it for the wheel alignment - thank you Daniel).
