We called this store on Saturday 09 Nov 24 and was told they had a 16.5 HP Troy Bilt lawn tractor in stock. We drove from Springfield only to find, Whoops, we only have a 15 HP model. It was delivered the next day only to find that it was 2 years old and the inner parts were rusted and the battery was DEAD and all its stickers had been removed! So I had to buy another new battery for $77 from TroyBilt in Shelby, Ohio! I guess I know where I’ll be shopping now…

I will not be shopping here anymore. I trail road an hour+ here just to get kicked out of tractor supply. So the older female manager with the short blonde hair what happened to the “We welcome all pets on a leash policy?” You can see here that my well behaved boy is on a leash!! This is all on Facebook too. This takes years of training to ride through town just to be treated like that is ridiculous. Sad, your customers were happy to see me, but you weren’t ??

I just started shopping here. Everyone that works there is helpful and nice. It was my fault I had to return an item.. They made it so easy . I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes. Great service!!!
