One employee this morning is very rude. Steps in front of you to clean everything you use every time you use something. Took forever to get one hot dog.

The store smells so horrible like sulfur? Something repulsive. Compared to the Main St. location the customer service is not good. I drive completely out of my way just to go to Main St. Tried to use rewards and it wasn't working and think the employee would be knowledgeable? I got a confused face and a shrug that kind of embarrassed me for the person. Not run well,

Why do you offer grill items and then never have them on the grill. Three times this week, went in various times to get a hotdog and there isn’t anything on the grill.

Ever since 7eleven took over their credit card machines are always down. Their pay at the pump features are the same way.

The 2nd speedway that I reviewed. It is smaller than the other one in urbana, but it it good survive that I like.

Scioto St. Speedway. We just had a bad experience with the lady that is covering the store. November 25, 2022.The attendants behavior was offensive and uncalled for! She was working by herself and there was an issue with the pumps. But for her to treat us like that and then refuse to give her name and to allow us to speak to a manager was questionable. I understand if she was stressed and having a bad day but that is no excuse to treat customers like that when we just asked for help with a problem at the pump. We never did get gas and hope that our card does not end up being charged! If so there will be a formal complaint made.

The WORST customer service experience I've had in a long time. The card reader at the pump was malfunctioning. I tried to cancel the transaction but it locked up. When I went in to ask for a confirmation that it had been canceled, I was met with open hostility by three obnoxious employees, one who was just standing behind a register doing literally nothing. They were rude, dismissive, and doing anything but helping me. It was disgraceful.

So disappointing when pulling into this station for gas and the credit card reader is not working several card readers have not worked in some time.... worse yet no one cares enough to put a sign out to let customers know or to get it fixed. Other than that this speedway is great. I've had to start going to Kroger up the street to get gas because I refuse to wait on line to pay for my gas.
