Rushed from work to get here at the last minute to open a checking and savings account . I had natasha Ridenour helping me . Best experience I've ever had hands down . Patient ,helped answer all my questions ,and very respectful . She even helped me set up the app on my phone . Again best experience ever.staff was very polite also had me laughing while Natasha helped me .

If I could give 0 stars I would. I do not recommend this bank to anyone. My fiancé has been with this bank for about 5 years no issues really till December 21st at 9:30pm just days before Christmas they close our account without a notice. I just don’t understand how someone can do this to people so close to Christmas without a warning. Again I would not recommend Park National Bank to anyone!!

I wouldn't come here if I didn't have to. Our corporate account is here. Can't get change for my drawer in the tube and the window on the building gets service last if at all on Monday. Not cool.Edit. It seems there is an issue with being understaffed right now. Given our current circumstances that Can't always be avoided.

I've been going there for about 3 years or so.I learned shortly after that the drive through was going to be a problem.EVERY TIME I'VE EVER went through their drive though, it's at the very least a 10 minute wait, and that's AFTER you're already at the speaker.The inside is almost as slow. I've had to do all my transactions via the ATM and lately those have been down and out.What a mess.I'm very close to going ahead and switching my checking over to IH where I already have a savings account. Park National needs to understand that people are there to conduct business. We're not going there to chit chat and goof off all day.I'm very disappointed in Park National and I know others who've been having the same problems.

The women who work at this bank or honest and they will bend over backwards and do whatever they got to do to help you. I'll never choose another bank again. The only thing that sucks, is that they are in some kind of connection with Park national community bank. That bank is horrible. They will scan them and take your money outta your account and block your calls and not answer your emails. Never speak with anybody from Park national bank. Always speak to somebody from Security because the name says it all, they will secure your account. Anytime Security needs me for anything, I will be there for them always

After attempting to open a savings account at e Wright Pat Credit Union my son waited over a half of an hour while several office clerks talked and made other items their priority. He finally had to leave for work. At dinner the next day he discribed to me his frustrating experience. I suggested he open an account where I have my savings gs account..... Security. He was able to walk right in and was escorted directly in to Lisa where he was able to open an account and was made to feel like a priority. Highly satisfied and love the personal feel of this amazing staff.

One of the worst banks I've ever had. Been banking for two years with this bank, and have had so many issues with them turning my card off, not sending me a replacement card in a timely manner- 2 months now and still no card, rude customer service- i tried expressing my thoughts when the bank again turned my card off and the lady straight up hung up on me. They have no corporate office phone service, when you call you talk to a bank thats local. Honestly the worst bank ive ever delt with.
