Jennifer did an outstand job whe she cut my hair. She asked if I wanted the length of my usual cut up to the part I have. She made me look very good and well kept. My wife loves the way she cuts my hair as well. I will look for her when I go back.

Disappointed with my recent visit due to poor service and lack of professionalism.
I had checked in online and was first in line, but was passed over for someone who hadn’t checked in. Then another customer, who was third in line and clearly upset, was prioritized over me. When the stylist called the next name, she turned to me and—in front of the disgruntled customer—asked if I minded letting him go ahead. I’d been waiting longer and followed the check-in system, but apparently it was more about who made the most noise. I told them I didn’t have time for that kind of treatment and left. I shouldn’t have been put in that awkward position to begin with. Extremely disappointing experience.

I've been getting my hair cut here for 10+ years. I love this place and wouldn't go anywhere else!!! All of the stylists are cheery and very skilled. Shout out to my favorite, Bre!!!

Why have online check in if the stylists can deviate from it. My son was inside waiting and a party of 3 came in and only 1 checked in the other 2 had not. She immediately took them back skipping the gentleman that was there 1st and my son. Other than that his haircut was good.

I told the lady cutting my hair that I didn't want any think off the top. She cut it down to 2 inches, which wasn't what I asked for but it looked alright. It's been about 2 weeks since I got the hair cut and it looks awful

Horrible customer service in store and lies about prices of certain styles until you arrive at store to find otherwise. Employee said she was manager but wouldn't give name so she was probably acting like a manager, so I had to call corporate instead.
