I ordered birthday flowers online for my daughter. I know flowers are expensive and I was willing to pay for what I saw in the picture. Unfortunately, what was delivered doesn’t look anything like what I ordered.
The service was great, which is why I gave it three stars.

Ethel’s is the best!! They had very affordable prices for my wedding flowers. I had a unique color scheme for my wedding and they really delivered. I got so many compliments on my flower bouquet and my flower crown. They made my wedding so special. Totally recommend!!

Recently used Ethel’s for first time, and was pleasantly surprised at arrangement for funeral home. Pleasant size, price, and appearance. Will use Ethel’s again when I have to use Urbana for my needs.

I thought it was too late for me to order for my daughter's homecoming but they were very helpful and assured me they would have the corsage and boutonniere for us. We picked up no problems and they were beautiful. It was very busy so I didn't have a chance to tell them so I hope they see this review. We loved them.
