I hate this pharmacy so so much! They don’t care about their customers and definitely don’t have their stuff together! Their apps don’t coincide with what they actually do! Sad really ?.. Last time I told them I really needed this medication that their system clearly showed could be refilled and cancelled and rescheduled it themselves without so much as a phone call. And when told the main pharmacist I’d be taking my business elsewhere, she replied that , that was fine. I’ll NEVER GO BACK TO THIS CVS!! And I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this pharmacy either!

This is one of the worst pharmacies you could use! I have had a few times where they say u can refill your prescription on their app, and I go to order it and get ready to go for it (and luckily) I check the app again just to see that it says cancelled by a team member and scheduled for almost a week later =\ . No one bothered to call and notify me, they would’ve let me waste gas, as I know they have done to countless others! I told them this medication is important to my recovery and was promised they could get it a little sooner and I went with that and when that day came, again they said it would be for the later date.. I spoke with the pharmacist and told her if this is how it was going to be , I’m pulling all my medications and going somewhere else and that I’ll be done with CVS and she replied ,”Thafs fine” . They really don’t care about their customers. They all look miserable back there like they are hating every minute of their lives back there. ☠️??

Not happy with pharmacy service, very disappointed. Went in to pick up a new prescription inhaler with a higher dose and they brought to me and sold me the wrong one, a weaker version, but I paid for it and they wouldn't make their error right. Even wheni showed them every bit of proof of their mistake as it'd take. Careful buying your meds at this place, make sure before you purchase that it's the correct prescription, because once you pay for it & leave the store they won't do a thing for you. And being new to taking meds like me be extra careful.

I dont know what the pharmacist issue is down here but maybe she needs a chill pill or something. Very rude because they didn't have my husband's script in the computer. Even though we had the text message saying it was filled

1st of all this place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. 1) no communication 2) trying to get my doc to change meds when I take the specific ones I do for a reason (let me clarify 2 people can have the exact same condition but due to different genetic makeups and underlying conditions not every med for that condition will work ie we all aren't the same! 3) the meds I needed they haven't had in stock in 8 months but never bothered to communicated that to me or my doctors so I could look elsewhere for the meds I needed. 4) claimed to be under staffed yet if you spent less time visiting with customers you know or talking amongst yourselves people could get in and out more quickly.

UPDATE: 11/7/23Google CLAIMED to have verified their pharmacy hours. They obviously lied because I was in the store physically and took a photo of the hours showing the times I listed below. Their staff told to file a complaint to CVS, but I’d rather just have the update showing here for future customers (as well as present ones) to have the correct info. Those hours are very inconvenient to those who work business hours. I believe it’s a staffing issue. They should space out their schedules so they can provide staff and hours of operation to meet with their original times (that are listed on google).Pharmacy:They need to schedule staff an hour apart so that they can be available all during their hours without having to close early. Google UPDATE THEIR PHARMACY HOURS PLEASE! I’ve added a request TWICE now.Lines half way to the back of the store is ridiculous. Pharmacy techs not giving you all your meds making you keep coming back more than once.NEW PHARMACY HOURS (customers please make note and ignore that notification to pick up after 6p because they’ll be closed):Sunday: 10a-6pMonday to Saturday: 9a-6p

Pharmacist never on duty. Always closing early and no way to know when to come in because they do not answer their phones. Save yourself and go elsewhere.

This is the worst pharmacy on earth! I’m talking extremely bad! My doctor called in my prescription, and it sat it there voicemail for days! Then, when I came to get it, they acted like they knew nothing. They constantly close early without any notice. The website says they close at eight. Really they close at six. This pharmacy needs shut down. Cvs should be ashamed this has been going on for over a year now the management team is so incompetent! They are right across the street from the hospital. They can’t be closing early every single day! If you can’t keep employees, maybe you should look at your store manager! And change your hours on Google! Literally, everyone in the area hates this pharmacy! Time to clean house CVS!

They keep messing up our prescriptions. I needed heart meds sent by hospital, got my meds never knew I was missing the main medication. Now 90 days later I go back to hospital to find out CVS never notified me of the missing script. So now I have to take injections and special pills to get my blood levels back to normal becuz I never got what was suppose to get in the first place..Then my wife needs her regular refill...once again they never notified her they ran out of did they ever call another CVS to see where it's at....Just leave everybody hanging..you'd think with 5 ppl behind the counter the operation would run alot smoother than this. Lots of unhappy customers Everytime I go up there they either got newer shorter hours, or there a a crowd of ppl unhappy waiting to get their scripts....I'll pass
