“I called Gates Brothers on a Friday morning after a competitor had suddenly dropped out on me and said they couldn't get my car's glass in for another week (they said none of their local suppliers had it, despite me giving them a week's notice to get it in). These guys got the glass for my car in one day and then had it installed by the next Monday while I was at work (they came down the street to my work in Urbana for no extra charge). My window looks great, and the guy (Matt I believe was his name) who installed it was friendly and professional. Extremely happy with their service and with the reasonable price.”
