“My daughter was home visiting today when her muffler came loose and the tailpipe bent halfway around the rear axle. Muffler Brothers took us right in and bent a new piece of exhaust pipe to fit and made a couple of more hangers to hold everything in place. Good to go in less than 2 hours!”

“This place was great! Great customer service. Very knowledgeable. The owner Jim was always very accommodating and took his time explaining anything you wanted to know about your repair. When we had delays and a time crunch, he offered solutions and reassurance that he would make sure I was taken care of. Jim has a great reputation with the rental company and the insurance adjuster which made it a less stressful for me. I will definitely go there again for future needs. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because parts were delayed and I had to initiate the communications to get updates versus being reached out to by the shop, the first time I went to pick up the car the check engine light lit up within 2 min which required me to pull back into the shop and the repair duration was extended a couple weeks, and they didn’t have full capabilities for the repair which had us waiting on the dealership to finish the job. “Found the my vehicle on line. Contacted SVG in Urbana,OH and talked with Isaac just as they were closing. Isaac went the extra mile and sent me additional pictures of the vehicle. Had multiple conversations over the phone with the SVG team. I drove over 12 hrs to get the vehicle and every thing about the car was right on point. They were actually waiting for me as I drove into the parking lot. Service was quick and painless as it should be.
