I had the best experience at this store! I needed a new phone, so I called ahead and talked to Nolan- he was very knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. When I arrived at the store, I didn't have all the information I needed to make changes to the account, and while I fumbled around trying to figure it all out, Nolan was patient and never made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. I was finally able to access my account and was off with a new phone very quickly and easily! During the set-up of the phone at home, I encountered an issue, and called the store. I talked to an employee and he helped me troubleshoot until we'd solved the problem. I was so thankful to both of these employees for making this process as stress-free and quick as possible! I'd highly recommend this store for your phone needs.

Kerrec (hopefully I spelled this right) was extremely transparent with the sale and didn’t try to force me into buying anything I didn’t want. I came in and got exactly what I asked for in a matter of minutes. He was extremely knowledgeable and kind with the experience. Definitely glad we had him take care of us

The Urbana location by far is the worst place to resolve your problems and in fact will cause many problems of their own by which the only resolution is to call customer service or find a location with more competent workers. They bricked my wife's phone doing a simple number transfer.

Fantastic customer service from an employee who asked about my work life and made the decision to make my phone service accommodate that... without racking up expensive bills due to non work life. He's a Super Hero in my book.

Changed from a shared data plan to an unlimited and the notice I got later via email was not for the plan selected. Went back in the next day and was told they didn’t know why it was that way. Was told for some of the expected charges to check my first bill and if it is not right to come back. Sad that an AT&T store can’t explain the bill or fix the bill until I get the first bill.

The customer service rep was extremely rude! As a customer I had questions and I didn't understand some things and instead of trying to help me the rep preferred to argue with me! It was so bad that if my daughter & niece were not there I would've walked out and done my business elsewhere. At this time I won't walk back into that store if she is there!

Nothing like being a loyal customer for years. Then being completely over charged and no way to fix it. I’ve spent at least 30 hours of my time on the phone with 4-5 different people from customer service and told they see what I’m saying and everything would be taken care of, but nothing was. Then to call again and be told I had to go to the actual store to have it taken care of there… then to go there and be told I had to call customer service even though they could see I s

My wife had her old Samsung phone die and got a replacement. Sallie was extremely helpful in getting the data transferred to the new phone and answered the many questions we had. We're very pleased with the service.

I had a couple bad experiences with boost so I called at&t and Sallie hooked us up and I am so happy for her. I will be coming to see her from now on for anything.
