Bought strawberries on Wednesday for holiday on Thursday. Couple of them rotten. Checkout staff took coupon and staff forgot to use it and said sorry could not make it right. Told to save for next visit. Stated could not make it back before it expired. Just told Sorry. Not a pleasant experience.
