Hours to Surrender an Animal: Mon-Thurs 10AM to 5PM + Fri-Sun 10AM to 3PM. (If surrendering multiple animals, please call ahead.) 24-Hour answering service for after-hours emergencies. HOPE Low-Cost Spay/Neuter Clinic (by Appt) and Wyandot County Equine Rescue (by Appt). We are struggling with staffing levels, and many of our employees are in training.
